"Ellis! Come sit!" Josie said as Jayden and I walked into the teen club. We had walked around the ship for about an hour, just talking, it was fun. I walked over and sat down next to her and Jayden walked over and sat down next to Dylan. It looked like everyone was just sitting and talking.

"Guys, we should do something," I whined and slumped against Josie. All this sitting around is boring.

"Well, we can't really do anything because 1) we're underage and 2) we're being supervised by that girl," Charlie said as he pointed to the cruise worker.

"How about we at least walk around the ship? Sitting here is so boring," I said. "Or we could go back to that little cafe? Now that I think of it, I'm hungry."

"What a surprise," I heard Kyle mutter.

I pointed a finger at him. "Hey! Don't judge me for being hungry."

He raised his hands in surrender.

I stood up and tugged Josie with me as I started walking towards the door of the teen club. The rest of the group followed behind. The cafe we were going to is open until 2:00 am, but the curfew for anyone under 18 is 12:00. I'm pretty much a goody-two-shoes so staying out past the curfew makes me nervous. If you get caught, they have to bring you down to the front desk in the main lobby and call your parents to come get you... in the middle of the night. That is definitely something my mom would not appreciate. So yeah, staying out past curfew makes me nervous.

Once we reached the cafe, we all pushed some tables together and sat down. Just like last night, Jayden was directly across from me. Josie was on my right and Charlie was on my left. Everyone filled in the rest of the seats. Once everyone had their seats, we all got up and went over to the ordering counter. It was a cafe, so they didn't have a lot of food. Most of us got pizza, because that was the special they were offering. I ordered 2 slices. I also grabbed a cup and filled it up with ice to munch on. I have a habit of eating ice. Once we all got our food, we went and sat back down at the table as multiple conversations popped up. I was eating quietly and observing the people at the table when Charlie nudged my arm.

"So, Blondie," he started, "I heard that Jayden asked you on a little lunch date earlier and that's why you knew he would be at the buffet."

I looked at him astonished. "Who told you that?"

"I'm not a snitch," he said while taking a bite out of his pizza.

The only person I told was...

I turned and slapped Josie lightly on the arm as I whispered, "you told him?!"

"Told who, what?" She asked, confused.

"Charlie and that Jayden asked me to lunch earlier and that he calls me Blondie," I told her.

She took a sip of her water. "I have no idea what you're talking about," she said with a smirk on her face.

I rolled my eyes in annoyance.

"It was nothing, okay?" I said as I turned back to face Charlie.

"C'mon Ellis, we're best friends remember? You can tell me anything," he said as he nudged my shoulder.

"I know, I know," I said guiltily. "I'll tell you later, I promise."

We all sat and talked for a little while longer. Before we knew it, curfew had rolled around.

"Guys, we should go, it's curfew," I said to the group.

"Cmon Ellis, stay. We did it last night for a while, it'll be fun," Charlie said.

"Do you guys want to stay?" I asked Kyle and Logan.
