The bond between Jeongguk and his parents has always been very tender. The word "tender" defined how fragile things have always been with him. When they were gifted with such an amazing blessing that was Jeongguk, they couldn't be happier. They could never have asked for more. Maybe that was reason why they never tried to have another child. As silly as the reason was, they didn't want to share their for Jeongguk. They wanted to keep their undivided attention only to him. Of course everyone around them argued that once they have more kids they'll come to love them equally. But they didn't want to gamble when it came Jeongguk. They wanted to give him anything and everything.

And as time progressed they realised how right their decision was. As Jeongguk came of age when he changed into his wolf for the first time, they found out that he was an Alpha. Their happiness knew no boundry. They didn't believe into the orthodox that the child of two Alphas should also be an Alpha. They would have been equally happy if by any chance their son was to be a Beta or even an Omega. But being an Alpha wolf meant more power. A power to protect himself better from the dangers that lurked in this harsh world. So yes they were very pleased.
But their happiness was shortlived. Jeongguk's wolf left him as soon as he took control for the first time. Jeongguk was left heart broken. It wasn't the fact that his wolf left him that broke him, it was his reason for leaving. He left their son stating that he wasn't strong enough for him. And what could they do for him? Nothing.

After everything he was going through, he had to endure more. Jeongguk was in highschool when they found out that their son was being bullied. Of course the girl around him always fancied him. After all he was handsome, rich, kind, all the things that a girl desired in a guy. But that wasn't the case for the guys. They envied him for getting all the attention regardless of his flaw. They realised how pathetically they had failed as parents. Their son was hurting all this time and they had no idea. The instantly took all the measures. The kids who did that to their son were immediately punished. They moved him to a different school and ensured his safety all the time. They could maybe fix the physical damage, but what about the emotional scars he was left with? Again they could do nothing.

Their son was perfect. He was a little ball of sunshine. He never complained or threw a fit. Always ever obedient, always sweet, always respectful. He never did anything that could hurt others yet he was so brutally hurt by the Moon Goddess. They traveled around, visited every Witch, every Elder of renowned packs to look for a solution, a way to bring Jeongguk's wolf back but they only faced disappointment. They all said the same thing, that it's not like his wolf is dead so that they could bring him to life through some old magic. The wolf has chosen to leave. He will only come back if he decides to do so. And god knows it's been years and his wolf still didn't choose to come back.

Since that time Sangook and Hana did everything in their power to make their son happy. And even though Jeongguk told them he was fine. That he was happy. They knew he wasn't. They knew he blamed himself everyday for not being strong enough.

Things changed today though. A new light of happiness has shone upon Sangook and Hana. Their son had found his mate. They saw him smile again, genuinely for the first time in forever and Hana was determined to never let that smile fade away. She going to hold on tight to this opportunity Moon Goddess has given them. Her son was going to be happy again. She'll make sure to it.

"The Man who brought our son in... I mean the who brought the patient Jeongguk, he filled all the forms too right? The ones you make us fill before admitting a patient." Hana inquired the woman on the reception desk.

"Yes mam he did. What about it?" The woman answered politely. Hana mentally fist pumped herself in her head as an exciting spread across her face.

"Could you please give us that form. We never got the chace to properly thank him." Hana said, smiling sweetly, keeping her intentions to herself.
