Chapter 9: Hello 2018!

Billie's Point Of View:

We left Justin in his house now and I can't believe what I just heard. His mom is in a coma, a fucking coma. I hope she wakes up soon. I get in the car with Finneas and I start trembling with fear, fear that she might never ever wake up.

"Calm down Billie, everything is going to be okay, she will wake up soon." He says rubbing my shoulder.

"L-lets just go, I'm tired." I said

"Okay." Said Finneas while starting the car

We pull up in our driveway and start walking towards the house. I open the front door and see my mom with her arms crossed.

"I just called Zoe and she said you wasn't there." She said

"Oh and on top of that I was watching the news and saw that Justin was charged with possession of drugs."

"Yeah mom, I know." I said

"so what was you doing all this time?" She asked

"Okay mom, you caught me wow, can I go to my room now?" I said sarcastically

"Hold right there young lady, so I am guessing you went out to bail him out? You as well Finneas, you let your little sister spend her money on a irresponsible boy?" She said

"Mom calm down. Besides it wasn't even his fault that he was in that situation, he was drugged and Framed." He said

"You really believe what he is saying? He is out of contr-" She said but I cut in

"His mom is in a fucking coma!" I shouted then walked into my room.

I left her with her mouth wide open.

Finneas' Point Of View:

"Mom take it easy on Billie, can't you see she really likes him. It's like how you first liked dad." I said

"I understand. sorry, I was just too quick to judge, forgive me." She said with tears coming out

"Aw, it's okay, in three days it's going to be new years and we are going to have a fresh start. 2018 will be a good year mom." I said calming down my mom by hugging her

"Okay finneas, go and check on Billie to see how she's doing." She said

"Okay." I said

I let go of my mom and slowly start to walk down the corridor. I knock on Billie's door but there's no answer. I let myself in, I don't see her anywhere but then after I realised she is on the floor beside her bed. I see her hugging a teddy bear that Justin had given her when they were 6. I sit down beside her.

"Bil, Justin's mom is going to wake up, trust me." I said putting my arm on her shoulder

"I'm just worried that Justin won't be able to handle it and starts thinking of the worst." She said

"No, no Justin is a strong man, he will get through it and she will wake up."

"Billie, in about three days it's going to be 2018. We will have a fresh start and It will be the best year for everyone, the shows are going to have crazy energy." I told her

"Yeah the last few days has been a bit hectic. Yeah 2018 will be fire, thank you." She said hugging me

"Okay get some rest I'm going to leave you alone now." I said smiling

I walk out of her room then enter mine. I sit down in front of my computer and start messing around with Billie's vocals until I hear something I'm satisfied with. I spend all night doing that until I fell asleep.
