For this contest, we'd like you to write a drabble (100 words exact short story) based on the following prompt:
'In order to enter the Kingdom, the Sphinx's riddle must be answered. However, when two lovers are presented with the riddle, they decide to change things up.'
You can choose to write your entry in one of the young adult Romance, Mystery or Fantasy genres, or write a genre-bending entry combining two or more of these genres.

- Try to convey feeling, and emotion in your story with ample depth and detail.
- Pay attention to your grammar and spelling to make sure that your story is understandable and accessible.
- Your submission should be written in one or more of the young adult fantasy, mystery, and romance genres.
- While it must be evident your drabble is based on the given prompt, you do not have to include all the prompt's elements in the entry.
