My Ten minutes are up." Watson says before the two smaller men (The potatoes) lunge at Watson. Watson acts fast and throws his hat at one of the men, causing the man to stumble a bit. He recovers quickly, though and emediately, Watson is thrown into a brawl with these two men, fighting for his life.
As for Holmes, he got the the biggest of the three men, (Dredger) the meat. Dredger approaches Holmes, about ready to pummel him and reach out a huge hand towards him. Quickly, Holmes takes his riding crop, and whacks Dredger's hand. Dredger pulls it back, angrily and reaches out his other hand. Again, Holmes swats the hand away. Dredger pulls it back, now understanding how Holmes is gonna play this and grins.
