" Try his pockets " Keelie said patting down one of the men.
Aednat felt sick, her stomache swam and her head hurt. " Im sorry" she kept saying as she had walked towards the scortched body. When she reached the end of the room she gasped. She looked feverishly.
Keelie stood watching the urgent movements so fast they were almost twitches. She saw as the shudder started from her feet and rushed over her sending her into a mad fit of small high pitched noises and shakes. Tears streaked down her face a mix of pale terror and red furry.
"Hes gone he cant be gone." She cried
"Calm down." Keelie said confused " Whats wrong?"
"You dont understand, You cant, I used magic against a hunter, lethal magic. If I didnt kill him then I seriously hurt him . . ." Aednat explained in a flurry of hand motions
Keelie stared a little more confused " But it was self defense?"
"DONT YOU GET IT? That doesnt matter to thim, I attacked a member of their stupid cult they wont care!." Aednat screamed
"Ok, so we kill them and dismantle their cult." Keelie said so calmy even she shivered
Aednats face went through stages of emotions starting with shock changing to confusion and finally settling on determination.
"No, we couldnt there's no way we could take on the Hunters by ourselves. They have an army, We have an untrained witch and recently acknowlaged Hunter we wouldnt stand a chance." she said deflated
"So we get an army, and we train up. There has to be more people like you out there, you know good ones." Keelie said slowly, chewing her words
"How would we even find them? we dont have the resources that the Hunters do, or the connections." Aednat argued
"So we take theirs, I mean they have to haave a way of tracking you right? If they do that means we can find where they keep what ever it is and take it." Keelie rebutled
"Ok, assumeing we even attempt this how would we find it, whatever it is?" Aednat said slowly
"Thats where I thought you could help. If that Hunter had gotten away, he would have had to warp right?" Keelie asked
" Right . . ." Aednat replied
"So if we can track the warp back to where ever it went then we could follow it and see where it leaves." Keelie said pointedly
"I could make something to track a warp but I would need a piece of the person who made it."
" Any piece no matter how small?" Keelie asked her voice rising slightly in exitment
"Yeah, anything that has the persons DNA" Aednat replied
"Good, I have a plan." keelie said smiling
