CASE: In Foster Care because Parent's allegedly neglected and abused him on multiple occasions. Cole is a juvenile delinquent and has had multiple run-ins with cops. They usually involve drugs,fighting, and overall not caring about school. Most of these run-ins happen at school where the Principal is forced to call the cops when on multiple occasions, Cole is seen fighting or in an act involving drugs, or skipping class, or disrupting and disrespecting a teacher. His Parent's turned him over to Foster Care in anger and demanded Cole be taken because they "Could not handle taking care of a fucked up mistake any longer."
APPEARANCE: Cole is 6 foot and 5 inches tall and he has inbetween fair and tan skin color. He has black, somewhat curly, hair and Blue eyes. After further inspection we found that he has a total of 7 tattoos on his body. He has demon wings on his upper back and a weeping tree with branches streching all the way up to his upper back. On his right bicep he has barbed wire wrapping around it and on his left bicep he has a skull, Over his heart he has a tattoo of the skin tearing away to show gears and on his chest he has a spider web, On his decolletage he has a black widow crawling to the spider web. All of these tattoos are well hidden and with the right clothes are not noticeable. He is well built body wise.
MENTAL HEALTH: Cole has a very laidback and bad attitude. he does not care about anything in this world and has even voiced aloud his distrust of anyone and his overall attitude is horrible. If you even mention his parents he will destroy you. He is somewhat of a sociopath. He is manipulating and does not have any moral responsibility or conscience. He is also very antisocial and in all of his 3 years in foster care, has not established trust with anyone.
PHYSICAL HEALTH: He is physically very healthy and has no diseases such as STD's.

'' Have you made up your mind, Ms. Matthews?"
