Mikey I was on my phone listening to youngboy when Bronny tapped my shoulder , I looked up to see this fine ass girl lookin at me
I took out one of my airpods and put it in the case and paused my music, "So you must be Mikey?" She asked, "yep the one and only" I replied posing
"And you must be Bethany, everyone talked about your basketball skills and I'm very impressed"
"Thank you" She said as she put her seatbelt on. We talked the whole car ride and she gave me her snap and number.
Bethany I was walking to third period when big head Ethan decided to pull on my backpack and make me fall.
"Ow nigga that hurt" I said as I was getting back up, "Aw is daddy's little princess hurt" he replied
"I will backhand you I'm not playin"
"You won't" he said as he was walking away, and guess what I did? I BACKHANDED THAT BOY SO HARD IN THE HEAD, "Ok I really thought you were joking" he trembled

-timeskip- It was finally after school and I had to head to the gym to sign up for basketball next season, I was walking and I got a text from Mikey on snap

I was waiting for about 5 mins till this boy finally should up, "what took you so long I'm burning out here" I asked
"I needed to take a dump" Mikey answered

"Whatever you heading to the gym for basketball signups right?" Mikey said, "yep" I replied
We made it to the gym, as I was walking in I saw some of my favorite upperclassmen Jalen Green, Zaire Wade, and Josh aka jaygup
"Is that Ballin Bethany I see?" Jalen beamed, "yessir" I replied, I did a little speed walk and went to go hug them. Mikey had jealous or uncomfortable face when I finished hugging them.
"Man my favorite seniors are leaving me this year" I said, "well we have to make this year count then" Zaire replied, "bet we can make that happen" Mikey chimed in

I was expecting him to answer back but he decided to FaceTime me, I literally threw my phone across the room I got so scared
I got up to go grab my phone to answer it

after 3 rings she finally answered, "what took you so long ma?", "first of all I'm not your "ma" " she said in air quotes "second I kinda threw my phone across the room when you called"
"Well damn you don't have to get a attitude with me like that"
"I can a attitude with whoever I want" she pouted
"Not with me you won't, so do want number 6 or what" I mocked, "yes so give it here" she replied
After we worked on homework together it was around 7:30 and she was watching a movie and I was still on the phone just lookin at her cute self
She finally realized I was lookin at her, she started looking around and said "whatcha you looking at there Mike?"
I snapped out of my glaze, "nothing nothing" I muttered, "ok Mr.Williams I have to go see you tmr"
"Ok.. let me pick up you tomorrow"
"No sorry I'm riding with Ethan to get Starbucks in the morning" she replied
"awe come on I can take you to Starbucks" I pouted
She knew that she can't resist me, Mikey the ladies man, "fine fine get here by 7:20 sharp" she said as she pointed at me though the screen
"Ok ma 7:20 sharp got it" I replied
"Ok and stop calling me ma" she smirked
"Goodnight ma" I teased, she rolled her eyes and hung up the phone
