Frea's POV:

I felt a coolness against my skin and immediately my whole body started to feel this calmness.

But something within me was yelling for me to wake up.

And not being able to hold it in any  longer, and since I don't feel the calmness anymore,

Wherever that came from, I opened my eyes  and I saw my dad.

“Oh, hey dad, watcha doing?”.

He looked at me with utter shock, a look I rarely see on him....

“N-n-n-nothing baby, just came to check up on you”.

I wasn't really buying that answer and I kinda think he knew, with the look on his face.

“Baby, I just came to check up on you,because you know how much you always complain about hating your uncle Ralph”.

Oh... that I understand, who knows one day he'll just creep up on me and slaughter me, pfft not that he'll be able to anyways.

“Frea, Frea, baby”.

Oops, I guess I zoned out again.

“Oh, sorry dad, I just have alot on my plate”.

He still looks taken aback with my answer though, I wonder what's wrong.

“Dad... What's wrong?”.

He looks like he's deep in thought on something, but he still manages to respond anyway.

“Am fyn honey, I just got a lot on my lately, but I need to ask you something important, and I want you to be completely honest”.

I wonder what it is this time....“Sure dad”.

“Okay honey, why do you hate your uncle so much?... And do you feel completely okay?”.

Ugggghhh... How do I explain the reason I feel so on guard around my supposed uncle....

“Dad....”.

What that sound behind the door. I put my hand on my mouth signalling my dad to not utter a word.

And he seem to trust me.

On getting to the door I opened it speedily., but to my  disappointment, there's no one there.

But am not one to easily let go of something.. I step forward and then I bumped into  something..

Or better still  someone.

“Ralph, what are your doing here?”.  I didn't even knows when my dad came to my back.

But what just happened am very sure I didn't see any body there a second ago.

Ralph looks like someone punched him in the face “H-h ow could you see me?”.

Well duh, your not transparent, you know.....

“Dont tell me you've been eavesdropping Ralph.”

I knew Ralph was up to no good.. Why else would he be eavesdropping.

“I told you he was up to no good dad”.

“Ralph...” My dad says like he's expecting him to talk but what happened next was something I wasn't expecting at all.

Ralph started changing.. And by changing not cloth shopping changing, I mean body morphing changing.

He started sprouting horns on his head, and wings on his back..

He also had a lot of hair on his face and his nose and mouth grew like a snout.

I was scared.. But it was like something within me knew that I could take him if bad came to worse.

He spoke in the most intimidating voice have ever heard “The girl most come along with me”.

What the heck...

My dad step in front of me, probably as a sign of protection, with a look of disbelief on his face.

“Have always told you Ralph was a two faced bastard.... Who knew that was literal”. I said to lighten up the mood

He gives me that look that says, “this is not the right time young lady”.

My dad and Ralph start to fight, and by fight I mean full on ninja....

At last my dad wins.. I think.

And when he faces me I know that he's aware that he has lots to explain to me...

“I know I have a lot of explanation to do.. But that can wait for now, I have to get to some places.. I'll probably be back after a week..... Be safe sweetheart, and if anything happens just call me”.

What?

“Love you..”.

Immediately, he disappeared along with Ralph's body, well that was eventful.

I don't care how long he takes, he has a lot of explaining to do when he comes back.

I better go sleep now, this night eventful or not, I still have school tomorrow.
