Here is the commercial for "LPS the bobble is back" (and the eyes) it's a little cheesy but it's just saying that they brought the bobble back to there heads cuz the new ones... There heads are kinda stuck in place...
Well it doesn't entirely mean "HEY EVERYBODY THE OLD LPS ARE BACK!!!" It just they made the heads bobble like the old ones and they changed the eyes to look like the old ones to.
And I have a thing to say about why they changed it... Well... I've seen several videos where people call Hasbro and they say that they miss the bobbling of the heads and the shape of their bodies and the eye difference so Hasbro's just like "screw this" and they made them come back... So... Most likely why... But that's just an observation not the truth.
