Welcome to my first Wattpad book! After years of being an avid reader, I finally said screw you anxiety, and thus, began writing this story.

¥ Synopsis ¥

Gabriella Montano is a confident and sharp-witted student at Redbridge High School, and thanks to her father, Coach Perez, she's also a basketball enthusiast. With junior year rounding the corner, the ambitious 16-year-old is ready to commit to the three Ds. No distractions. No drama. Definitely no boys - especially when she's trying to pick up the shattered pieces her cheating ex-boyfriend left behind.

Then comes Henry Brooks, the captain of her father's basketball team. He's a charming, spoiled, arrogant rich boy who's content with coasting through high school with his looks and a below-average GPA. His priority is to lead his team to the championship and get scouted by Duke. However, his plans fall faster than an apathetic influencer's subscriber count.

When Coach Perez discovers his star athlete is one D away from sitting on the bench, he enlists Gabriella to be Henry's tutor. But, here's the thing. The smart alec and smirking curly-haired boy can't stand each other ever since their unpleasant encounter at the theaters.

So, what do you get when two people, who'd instead jump off a cliff than acknowledge the presence of each other, get thrown into a room together?

Distractions. Drama. Definitely boys.

Also, Redbridge is a fictional town in California, so any store, mall, high school names etc are coincidental. Also, if anything resembles another story/scene it is also coincidental!
