The Job Request

-Normal POV-

It was a normal day in Fairy Tail , tables, chairs, bottles, barrels, yells and members flying around the guild. A certain celestial wizard was sipping her strawberry milkshake while watching her two closest friends have an insult battle before the great, mighty Erza bashes their skulls together.

"Let's go on a job!" The sky dragon slayer says.

"I'M ALL FIRED UP!" The salmon hared boy says jumping up while massaging his forehead.

"Great idea Wendy!" Says the raven head who is also rubbing his forehead.

"Well it's Natsu's turn to choose." The blonde replies while pointing at the fire dragon slayer.

"Aye! and I've already had one reserved with Mira!" He grins.

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Erza says while walking towards the take-over mage.

"Hey Mira! Can we get that job request I saved?" Natsu asks.

"Sure thing!" Mirajane says while taking out the paper, "here you go."

"Thanks and see you!" Natsu says while running out of the guild, the rest of the team follows shortly after. They could hear a faint 'Stay safe and enjoy!' before the doors shut.

"So what's it say?" Gray asks Lucy who is now holding the request slip.

"We have to control a sword that has been causing destruction because it's seal has been broken." Lucy reads. 

"We will meet at the train station at 6 sharp!" Erza announces as they all go their own ways to pack and get ready for tomorrow.

The next day at the train station.

Team Natsu has gathered up and are about to board the train. "I don't want to!!" Natsu whines while being dragged by Erza.

"Wendy, can't you just do a spell?" Gray asks.

"He's immune to it, remember?" Carla sighs while following behind Wendy.

Once they were seated the train moved and so did Natsu and Wendy's motion sickness. "So where are we headed?" Lucy asks curiously.

"To Krystil Cove." (I made it up btw and it's also pronounced as Crystal). Erza replies while skimming the paper again.

They all fell asleep except for Erza and Carla who were having their own conversation. A few hours later Gray, Lucy and Happy woke up leaving the two dragon slayers to rest. "Lushie, can you sing us a song?" Happy asks Lucy.

"Please Lucy, I've been meaning to hear your voice for quite some time now!" Erza beggs.

"Yeah, according to Natsu it's the best thing he's ever heard!" Gray adds in making Lucy blush.

"O-ok..." She replies while opening Lyra's gate for the background music.

Everyone was clapping as Lucy opened her eyes to find that everyone in the train was listening to her sing, this made her blush in embarrassment and put her head down. "Luce, don't be embarrassed that was amazing!" Natsu exclaims while draping an arm around her shoulder.

"Natsu's right Lucy! You were amazing!" Wendy agrees.

"Wait, don't you two have motion sickness?" Happy asks confused.

"When Lucy started to sing I started to feel better and now she's done I feel fine!" Wendy replies with Natsu nodding behind her.

"That's wierd..." Lucy says.
