I woke up and slowly tried to get up, but I couldn't, I was too weak. I had to stay there and rest for a while before I could get up. I finally got on my feet and started checking to see if I was OK.

Well, four feet, I moved the fin on my head,it's there. I moved my tail fin, right there and okay I checked to see if my two star-shaped gills were on my face, yep and my little tail. All body parts intact. Only that I had a terrible headache.

But was I always like this ? Did I always have blue skin and a light blue underside? Who am I ? I tried to remember but I couldn't. Where was I? Why was I here ?

All these questions only made my head hurt more because I didn't know the answer to even one of them. I finally decided to look around to get a better view of my surroundings, maybe that would drag my memory back to reality. I looked down first to notice that I was standing on sand , I then looked further to notice the sea to one side and rocks here and there in the sand ; wait ; I was on a beach but what was I doing at the beach?  the last thing I remember was …was… I can't remember. I can't remember anything from the past.

It was just getting on top of my nerves now. It was early morning and I was on the beach, stranded and helpless. I don't know who, what and where I am. I couldn't think of a worst place to be. I laid there just listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks and watch the sea gull - like creatures flying about.

Then I heard footsteps coming towards me through the sand, I sprang to my feet and turned around and saw a small, light green monster resembling a turtle or tortoise. Its eyes, feet, and lower jaw were yellow. It had a small seedling growing on its head. I quickly ran behind a rock to hide. I peered from behind the rocks and watched as the creature ran, with a terrified look on its face and hid behind a large rock.

I closely observed the rock as I slowly came from behind mine. I cautiously started to walk towards the rock but was intercepted by an extremely cold gust of wind. It hit me a few yards backwards. I got up , groaning in pain, to look where the wind came from. I saw a triangular shaped monster that had two little blue eyes. Had it blown that wind from its little mouth, But how?

"Where is she?" it demanded.

"Where is who?" I said.

"The little turtwig that ran somewhere past here," it said as it charged in and headbutted me, "don't play wise guy with me."

Turtwig? I thought as I groaned and got back on my feet. Could it have been the timid creature that was running for its life he was talking about. If I give in and tell him her location, horrible things could happen to her so I decided that I wouldn't talk.

"I don't know what you're talking about," I said with a brave tone in my voice.

"Oh, a brave one, they never last long anyway," he said with a grim look on his face.

I was kinda getting him angry and I reminded myself that I was new to this place , so I tried too calm down my tone.

"I don't even know who I am, or where I am, or what I am," I said in a calmer tone.

"Punk, I'm giving you one last chance to talk , ONE" he said in an angry tone of voice.

"It's the the truth, I just woke up on the beach a half an hour ago," I said.

"You fool! How old do you think I am, I am a powerful pokemon and you dare make a mockery of me." he said, now he was fuming with anger, "for your insolence take this." he shouted.
