Levi and Petra fanfic

Levi found Petra a little late

(Levi's POV)

The female Titan has escaped. I hope she didn't go after my group. Petra was the only person in my mind right now. "Petra, I hope you are alive!" I thought. Then I cone across Gunther who was hanging from a tree with no nape in his neck. Then after I kept going. Next, I saw Eld lying peacefully on the ground with half of his body missing. I was about to cry, but I had to hold my tears back. Then, I saw Mina who had tears still in her eyes, yet the light behind her eyes was gone. After, I saw Oluo and Rico lying next to each other with blood coming out of their mouth. Finally, I noticed a gold hair color at the corner of my eye. As I turn around the corner, I see Petra. She was lying against a tree. She had blood coming from her mouth and nose. She also had lifeless eyes. I landed next to her body and fell to my knees. I grabbed her body into my arms. "Petra, I'm sorry I wasn't here to protect you!" I shouted. "I need new wings to help me fly!" I shouted once more. "Please be my wings." I calmly said. "Levi." I heard a soft voice say from behind me. I turn around to see Petra, she still had her uniform on, she no longer had blood on her face though. The only thing different was the two cloros of wings on her back and a halo on the top of her head. "Levi, don't cry." She said while stroking my hair. I didn't know I was crying until I felt them on my cheeks. "I will be your wings Levi, just promise me you won't forget about me, okay." She softly said. "Of course I won't." I replied. I wanted to hug her, but how could I if she was already gone. "Good- bye Levi, we will all be watching you from above, we will meet again, okay." I sobbed as I watched her leave back into the heavens with everyone else.
