We pulled over at the new house in a new city, I'm suprised Mum is even allowed to drive...... "Okay girls this is our new home" she says, "I don't think home is a suitable description for somewhere we're not familiar with" I answered, "Home was never the building, it's the people you cherish and hold near and dear to you, the people you trust will always be there for you", "enough with the sappy speech Mum (I move closer to her) Mum are you going to at least try to get sober now?,I know it's hard but it's been two years you need to be there for Grace and I emotionally", "Yes sweetie I'll try", you know you can't just say that, you have to want it too, I know and I want it I really do.

"I'll get you enrolled at Brentwood High in the Morning classes start tomorrow,so you'll need all the rest you can get tonight."

So it was Monday already and Mum already had me enrolled at Brentwood High, You might be thinking this will be your typical Highschool story you know new girl finds it hard to make friends, feels left out, possibly befriends a geek or nerd and then in the end they both stand up to the popular girl well no this wasn't that infact I was an Introvert so I couldn't care less about the number of friends I had. I had a brochure of the school with me I'd always been a find a way around myself kind of girl and it wasn't because of Dad's death that was just who I was.

It was lunch time at my new school and I was enjoying the Peace and Sanity of being alone at a lunch table until someone walked up to me and said "Hey I'm James" "okkkaaayyyyy" I drag with a look of I don't remember asking you, "Can I sit?" He asks "well sure" I tell him "you're new here aren't you?"
(You know I hate when someone knows you're new and they come up to you like you're new here aren't you?.... Bruh have you seen this face before???)
"Yes I am", I spot him wearing a rosary and I ask "are you Catholic?" "Something like that, I'm a Christian" he says. Now if you're wondering how I know what a Rosary is.....Dad was a Christian and I wouldn't say we weren't but we hadn't been to Church since he died. "So where do you stay?" he asks at 35th Street, no way that's where I stay too. I didn't know coincidences were still a thing since 'Everything Happens For A Reason' had been the slogan of my life for the past two years.

"Would you like to walk home together so I can show you my house in case you need anything it's probably right next door to yours" he said, "okay that's fine but I have to pick my sister up from school if you don't mind" I told him, "sure" he says, I pick Grace up from school and her and James quickly warm up to each other which I think is good for her because she hasn't been able to get over not seeing her Daddy again, unsurprisingly like James said his house was right next to ours, before it went in he said if you need anything I'm right next door, honestly I should be bothered by why a total stranger wanted to help us out but I had a lot more things to worry about than that.

I had just walked into our house and was shocked by the sight I was looking at.
