Chase Has Matured

Ryder's POV:

"Chase has matured..I don't know if that's a good thing." I say and sigh. Chase woke up and woke up the pups. Chase turned into his 'Skeleton Wolf Hound' form, he wasn't the usual Chase but he still had the same expressions and stuff. Chase ate his food quick and went back to the beach.

Chase's POV:

"Dad? I've come to see you again." I said. "It's a pleasure to see you Chase, now let's unlock your 2nd form. This one's quite advance in power..you'll have to know it's capability first. It's capability is to control the moon, transform into it first. Chase quickly transform into it, there was a blue aura around him. Here's the form:

"This one's so pretty!" I say. "Yes, it is indeed such a pretty form. It's called the 'NightShift', it's a rare wolf that only occurs in some. And one of them is you." His dad touched my nose making me flinch. "Really?" I ask. "Yes, really..now to earn your power you have to wait until nighttime. I know you might be so excited..but these forms take time. So please wait..you can stroll around in your form though." His dad said with a serious face. "Yes,dad. I will obey your orders and Ryder's too." I say. "That's my boy! I'll wait until sunset, but remember I'm always watching you from above..now! Go back to your friends, see what they think about the new form." He said happily until he vanished. "I will make you proud dad.." I ran back to the lookout showing the pups my new form. "Wow! How many forms do you have?" The pups said. "I have approximately 8 forms." I say. "What approxi-mate-li?" Rubble asked. I laughed. "Approximately means only, okay?" I said chuckling. "Yeah! But I still don't know how to pronounce that thingamajig word." Rubble said. "Haha! You'll know soon Rubble." All the pups including me laughed. "Hey Chase! I have a form too! Let me show you! Guys, do you want to see it too?" Rex said. "Huh? Sure!" All the pups said and met in his portable vehicle. He transformed into:

A goberian, it's a mix between a Golden Retriever and a Siberian Husky. It has the same colours as Rex does. "Woah!" I said. "Yep, but it's not much. I'm still a pup!" Rex said. "Hey! But you have a form. Do you want to go play now Rex?" I said. "Yeah!! Let's go!!" Rex said running to get the tug-a-war rope. We play until it get's dark. "Guys! I have to go now, see ya!" I say. "Okay! Be back before 10:00pm!!" Ryder said. I ran towards the beach to test my powers. "Dad, I've come to see you." I say. "Hello, son. You will now need to know the powers of this form..it's dangerous to preform but I'm sure you can handle it. Now, to use the powers you'll need to make the full moon glow brightly." Dad said. "Okay..let me try." Here's what the full moon looked like after trying:

"Great job! Now, howl to the moon. The moon will glow and send it down a wave of your howl."

I howled and other wolves howled back, but I was waiting for the moon to send a wave back. After a while, the vibration came back towards us. "Dad! I did it!!" I said happily. "Great job! Now since that happened, you can now control the moon with this form. Farewell, Chase. See you tomorrow." And with that his dad disappeared into the unknown (not to make this a pun). I ran back to his pup house and transformed into a normal German Shepard and slept.

Rex's POV:

I slept in my pup house and woke up to the sun brightly shining under the crack of my pup house door and Chase calling us up. "Time to eat pups!!" Chase said. "Okay..I-" I yawned. "Okay..I'm awake." I said slowly walking out of my pup house as I saw Chase finish his pup food walking out of the lookout as the other pups went into the lookout. I ate my food and went back into my pup house but the machine that carried my hind bowl legs got caught. "Oh shoot. HELP!!" I shouted. "Huh? I can help Rex!" Rocky said as he ran over with a machine to widen my pup house. I got out after 2 minutes of prying on my pup house. "That was rough, maybe I should sleep outside.." I said. "Okay, but I'm gonna bring your pup bed too." Rocky said. "Okay.." I was so sad that I couldn't sleep in my pup house anymore so Skye brought out mg favourite dinosaur plushie.
