"Is the testing room ready?" The professional scientist Dr. Sanchez asked his assistant Miriam. "Yes sir, but must we do this? She's only a child!" "It is as I say it is Miriam! Don't question me. BRING IN THE LAB RAT!"

The workers would bring in a crying and squealing 3 1/2 year old. They would open a tube and stuff her in. Miriam watched helplessly, she needed this job to sustain her life, no other job would accept her. But as soon as one did she'd quit this job and take the other.

"Ready, and, let the tests begin..." Dr. Sanchez said.

As the lights dimmed series of electrical stings, more painful then ever, would come raining down on the three year old. She cried and tried to escape the tube but nothing worked. Until something odd happened. As she was hitting the strong tube, it broke into pieces; it's as if she suddenly had super strength. She ran out of the hole in the tube. knocking over everything.

"Stop her! Don't let her escape!" Dr. Sanchez certainly wasn't going to let his biggest creation fail because of a mere three year old. "Run child, follow me!" Miriam said. As they neared the exit, Miriam shoved the child out as she went back to hit the 'Self Destruct' button. "Stop! Miriam! I'll pay you double, triple! Just don't hit that button!" "I'm sorry Dr. Sanchez, but what you are doing is wrong. Us humans already have heroes. Besides, we don't need powers to be heroes." Miriam said as she hit the button and darted back towards the exit. "Traitor! Mark my words, you will pay! You've made a big mistake! I will find you! Mark. My. Words. I, Dr. Sanchez, will get my revenge.."

The building exploded behind them. Miriam picked up the child and walked along through the forest back to the city, "I'm going to call you, Arial." Without her job, she wouldn't have enough money to keep her house. And sure enough two months later, the bank took her house. For two whole years Arial and Miriam were homeless. That is, until Miriam met a kind man with an adopted son named Aaron. He was about a year older then Arial. The man's name was Noah. He let Arial and Miriam stay in his home. It's now 13 years later and Arial and Aaron are juniors in highschool.
