As he flipped another page in his magic book,his eyebrows furrowed at some of the spells. He then found the perfect spell to curse France with. His eyes lit up. And England smirked.

England lookes around. Yup, the world meeting. After Germany disciplined the whole room, it was his time to speak so he decided to chant the spell in front of everyone.

At first, England thought that nothing happened, and sulked for the rest of the meeting.
