His passive though helps because it heals him 5 seconds for 5 pieces of health even if he's knocked down he'll heal that's what his passive is for health. Octanes ULT (ultimate) is a LAUNCHPAD that springs you into the air wherever you are looking. It springs you almost 60 m to the place you want to go vertically. The other thing is his gender male. Legend type offensive and his title is High-speed Dare Devil. Octane's last thing is his legendary finishers name is full throttle where he keeps kicking (multiple times) the knocked down opponent in the face 5-10 times then he dies.
