Hunter's POV
"Oh...you again." I roll my eyes. The lights were better in the room so I could see the person perfectly.
"Nice to see you again too." The tuxedo guy smirked.
"What's your name? Mine's Hunter. Nice to meet you, huh?" I returned the gesture.
"Riki, leader of the Black Foxes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're the leader of the Silver Dogs, no?"
"Yeah. So, lets say we go throughout the deal, and after we find the last piece, we go back to our regular lives. Deal?" I held out my hand.
"Deal, forget everything afterwards. Come to the Le Renard Noir, tomorrow night at 8:30." He took it.
"Got it, hotshot. See you then." I turn and wave my hand. "Let's go." They run after me.
"Leader! What just happened?!" Rose talks really quickly when confused. So it came out like: "Leader! Whafjiudtgappend?!"
"Translation." I ask.
"She said what just happened." Seiko seemed pretty calm from earlier.
"A deal. I'll tell you at the bar." I answer Rose.
"Sigh....get ready to feel Maria's wrath..." I hear Seiko and Rose mumble.
*********Tomorrow morning***********
"You did what?!" She yelled.
"Maria. Inside voice." Terry tried to calm her down.
"Inside voice?! Hunter Asuna Hirukawa! What did you do...?"
"Nothing, Maria." I sigh, putting my head in my hands.
"Is this why you were gone the last few days?" She interrogates.
"Wait. You showed her the painting yesterday, right?" Seiko asks, most likely worsening the situation.
"I did. And I heard your whole conversation with that Riki guy last night. Why'd it seem like you were talking in code?!" Her face was red with anger.
"Maria. Stop. Do you not the color of her eyes? Maybe she had her reasons. Please. Calm down first." Rose looked down, referring to my orange eyes. She fidgeted with hands in her lap.
Yes. My eyes change colors due to emotions. Orange is a warning. Red…just don't mess with me, period.
"I don't care! I hate when she does this! You know we're here to help you! But you never--"
"How about you just stop! I never had any people in my life to turn to! So just shut up and leave me alone for once?!?!" I stand up and hit the table. My bangs were shadowing over my bloody red eyes. I look up to see everyone looking at me with an unexplainable expression. My eyes turn gray. Sadness, guilt.
"Uh... I didn't mean... I'm just not used to this..." I mumble and go to the door.
"Hunter..." I hear Maria mumble.
"I'll be back." And I leave.
Maria's POV
"I'll be back." She says and leaves.
"I went to far." I say, looking down.
"Maria. Its not your fault. Don't be upset..." Rose comments.
"Well...maybe we could make it better." Seiko says, looking at Rose as me and Terry look confused.
Takuto's POV
"I can't believe Riki did that..." Me and Riki had just gotten in a huge fight about how he made a deal with the Silver Dogs and how he didn't consult it with any of us. I ran out and tried to get some air. Oh, god, did I forget I hate the sun.
I was looking down when suddenly I bump into a person.
"Hey, watch it, you idiot!!" We both screamed and stood up.
I was looking at myself. And I was a girl.
