Y/N's Pov

Oh my poor sweetheart Deku is sick i better bring him some medicine and i should get a cold wet cloth he has a fever so i put on my face mask and bought a medicine and a cool wet cloth i knocked on the door and he said come in and he coughed after that so i opened the door and went in. Then i said hey sweetheart how you feeling? Then he said still sick i gave him a worried look then i placed the cloth on his forehead and then i had to give him the medicine then he said i may not like medicine but i know i have to be brave he gave a weak smile then he took the medicine i smiled and ill be right back as i was about to leave he grabbed my hand and said wait and i said yes? And then he said   before you leave can i have a kiss? I wish i could but if i do kiss you ill get sick i said then he said itll be ok trust me he reassured me i looked at him at for a min then complied to his request i pulled down my face mask and kissed him for 10 seconds then pulled away and pulled my face mask back on then he said thank you for the kiss and i said your welcome then before i left i told him I'll come back to check up on you later ok? Then he nodded then before i left he said i love you after he said  that he coughed alot then i said i love you too.

20 mins later

I came back like i said i would and Deku was asleep he was cute when hes asleep so i didnt wanna  bother to wake him up i stayed right by his side  until he woke up  and sat in a chair next to him  5 mins later he woke up and he was happy to see me and he asked me  to lean right near him he probably wanted to tell me something so i complied and was taken by surprise he pulled down my face mask and kissed me again i was a blushing mess he gave  a dry laugh then he coughed i can't believe he did that he has alot of confidence. I love this cinnamonroll hes so cute i smiled and he smiled back and we talked.

Few days later

A few days later Deku felt better but as for me i got sick so i have to stay in bed.

Deku's pov
I feel bad for getting Y/N so sick so i decided to make it up to her by taking care of her like she did for me i love her with all my heart. She has the biggest heart of gold thats what i love about her so i bought her a cool wet cloth and medicine and i had to wear a face mask she didnt wanna take the medicine but she knew had to in order to feel better and I placed the wet cloth on her forehead and i kissed her on the cheek i told her i would be right back im gonna make her some soup as i came back she was still awake so i fed her some soup i told her i made it with love i know it may sound cliche or cheesy but i really did i care about her just like shes cares about me and im gonna be right by her side.
