Here's the first one.

Dream-

It's the middle of the night. (D/n) and (m/n) are still up. It's so humid out that there's not a cloud in the sky.

The parents leave the porch door open because the air conditioning wasn't working. It was way hotter in the house than outside.

I wake up to scratching on my door. Still sleepy I open it to let my cat downstairs.

The next thing I know, I hear running up the stairs. I can't tell if I'm still asleep or not.

"(Y/n) you need to get up! Your cat got out, wake up." It's my father's voice.

He sorta pulls me out of bed and downstairs.

By the time I have my second shoe on, I'm wide awake.

We hurry out the door, just my father and me. Mother back in the house try to put the baby back to sleep because he woke up from all the noise.

So we run out from the house and at the end of our porch.

As I stepped down the two concrete steps and into the grass, I realize that it's cold and there's a lot of fog.

It's like stepping into a whole other dimension. There's a whole lot of different things, too.

Like there's only supposed to be one house across the street from mine, lining houses back and forth from each other, but now there are three houses with three fierce looking dogs.

I was surprised to see it, but it was like I was a ghost watching them. I was watching myself in the dream and I didn't look surprised at all.

Like all of this was normal. We started walking across the street and as we reached the small abandoned building across from the three houses, I saw something.

Like the ghost me saw something, it was a small, black cat lying limp in the grass in the middle of the houses.

The dogs were watching our every move. Staring and waiting. You could tell that if we stepped into their territory, we'd be dead for sure.

The dogs were using the cat that had stumbled upon their land as proof of their victory and as a way of saying that the same would happen to us.

The dream me and dad had finally gotten the door open and were looking in the abandoned building for my cat.

"Here kitty, kitty, kitty. Come here." We forgot to bring flashlights so we did our best searching without them.

There was no sign of the the cat, but we found bloody hand prints that were dripping from the walls. Ar first sight I ran out of the building, but dream me and Dad didn't seem to care.

With no sign of the cat being there we moved on. Walking and walking, that's all it seemed like we did. Walking into abyss for what felt like hours.

All I could hear were the yells of the dream me and Dad still trying to find the cat.

I don't know when, but we eventually came out from the abyss and were back in front of the three houses.

Dream me noticed the thing lying in the grass and asked, "Daddy do you see that? Is that the cat? Can you go see what it is?"

My father nodded and started walking towards the small lump.

To my surprise, the dogs did nothing. They sat and they watched, but that's all.

My father picked it up and investigated it. As he tosses it back on the ground he said, "That's a black, bloody cat. Not yours. It's dear and sticky, though. I'll have to wash my hands later."

"I see," dream me said, "Well, should we retire and look again in the morning."

"Sure," father answered.

The ghost me stood there, dumbfounded and shocked by how little they cared.

Then at the last second I saw myself alone. Walking away I felt my face smile. I don't know what I was happy about, but I was smiling brightly while looking at myself over there lonely.

A face of pure shock.

"Are you okay, honey? I know we'll find your cat tomorrow, for sure." Father said.

"Yes Daddy, I'm just happy." I say back.

"About what? And what are you looking at?" He asked.

"Nothing, nothing at all." I say and as I look back one more time the ghost of myself begins to fade into ash.
