Unbalanced

The only thing Anvi could hear was a constant beeping sound. It was getting annoying and she wished someone would shut it off. Her eyes where black and she wanted to open them to tell someone to shut the beeping off, when she attempted too, she was blinded by a bright light and quickly closed her eyes before opening them once more.

The first thing that Anvi noticed was the white walls that surrounded the room. She instantly knew that she was in a hospital and groaned. When she looked towards the chair beside her bed, she noticed her father sleeping in a position that couldn't be comfortable.

Attempting to speak, Anvi quickly noticed the dryness in her throat. When she attempted to sit up she quickly regretted that choice as well with the pain that shot through her head. Looking around the room Anvi tried to find something to throw at her Father. Noticing a bottle sitting upon the table she grabbed hold of it and tossed it.

Her father quickly jumped up before looking around. When he turned his face towards Anvi his eyes widen before he quickly hit a red button upon the tv remote. A voice came over asking if everything was okay.

"Anvi, she is awake." Charlie quickly spoke before he stood up and rushed to Anvi side. "Hey Princess, don't move. Are you in pain?"

Anvi nodded as a nurse came in

"She's in pain, can she get something for that and something to drink?"

"Of course, Chief Swan." The nurse left before coming back with a white Styrofoam cup and a needle. She placed the needle in one of the IV tubs and sat the cup down upon the table. "This should help with the pain. "The nurse wrote something on her chart then left.

Charlie moved over towards Anvi as he held the cup up for her to use the straw. After a few sips Charlie sat the cup down and pushed a button on Anvi bed to move the head rest up some so that she was sitting up.

"Daddy, what happen?" She blinked a few times as the pain med started to kick in.

"Bella and Edward had a fight, Carlisle said him, and his family went to there hotel in Arizona to try and talk Bella into coming back. You were with Rosalie in the hall when you tripped over Bella as she was coming out of the room... She feel down the steps and out the window while you smacked the back of your head off of the concert."

Anvi shook her head, regretting it once more at the lie the Cullen's had come up with. Charlie believed every bit of it sense Bella was clumsily and it sounded like something that she would do. Looking over towards her father once more Anvi noticed something.

"Where is Rosalie and Emmett?" The heart rate on her monitor started to beep faster as Charlie tried to calm Anvi down, it was to no use. A nurse ran in and injected something into Anvi as she started to drift to sleep.

*A few hours later*

When Anvi woke up once more she was instantly greeted by two pairs of arms. Rosalie moved to sit on the bed and pulled her into her lap as Emmett wrapped his arms tighter around the pair. Anvi begun to tear up while Rosalie ran her hand over her mates back.

"Is he... where is he?" Anvi begun to panic as she glanced up at Emmett.

"He's dead." Emmett responded with a serious voice.

"I didn't want to do it... I didn't want to go.... She made me go...." Anvi glanced down as she felt a wave of shame wash over her. "I wasn't strong enough to fight her off... I didn't even try to fight her off. I was so scared."

"Hush Anvi. We know. Alice and Jasper told us what happen at the hotel. They also told us you didn't eat anything." Emmett moved over towards the door as he waved someone inside.

When Anvi glanced up she noticed Carlisle and Esme standing near her bed with a plate of mac and cheese. "Esme brought you some food, she refuses to allow you eat this hospital food." Carlisle chuckled slightly while Esme placed the plate down in front of her.

Rosalie unwrapped it before placing some upon the fork and holding the fork in front of Anvi mouth. With a quick thank you she begun to eat the food.

After she was finished eating Charlie came back into the room after checking on Bella. Bella had a broken leg and some scares upon herself.

"You ready to go?" Charlies voice brought panic once more through Anvi.

She tightens her hold upon Emmett as Rosalie attempted to calm her down. "No... I can't leave you guys. No..."

Carlisle and Esme asked to speak to Charlie outside the room. After Anvi was calmed down they came back in with Charlie moving towards Anvi beside table.

"Anvi, Princess... Do you want to go live with Carlisle and Esme? They are willing to take custody of you and of course we can still see each other whenever you want. I just don't want to cause you stress by separating you from Emmett and Rosalie."

Anvi widen her eyes as she looked towards Charlie. She couldn't believe the option he was giving her. Nodding her head Anvi leaned forward and brought her father into a hug.
