After a traumatizing event in Bahrain, Melinda May develops hallucinations and is admitted into a psychiatric facility. She's given medicine to help with her psychosis but is ultimately left alone because of her aggressive mental state.
Deserted by family and abandoned by friends, she's left to suffer in silence. That is, until a new psychologist arrives and grows attached to her. Dr. Coulson goes above and beyond his work as a psychologist to ensure that May feels safe and at home but unbeknownst to him, he gets more than he bargains for when he wakes up one day and realizes...he's fallen in love with her.
