"Steve, she's going to be fine, She needs to rest." She heard a man say sounding very irritable. She still had her eyes closed, she could tell it was bright and didn't want to open her eyes

"I know, I know, I'm sorry. It's just she was like a sister to me." Another man said sadly. At this, she started opening her eyes. As soon as she started opening her eyes she shut them.

"Friday, turn the lights down." The first man said. She slowly opened her eyes to see a very tall blonde man beside her and a man in the corner who had a beard and looked a little tired.

"Steve?" She said recognizing the blonde man. She shot up and widened her eyes. She pulled him into a hug. He seemed shocked at first but then hugged her back relaxing into the embrace. "I remember you, I couldn't remember your name a few hours ago. Wait what happened?" She asked suddenly remembering being hit with something.

"Uh, I, " Steve rubbed the back of his neck shyly, "I may or may not have hit you in the head with my shield," he said quickly looking away.

"Oh my god! Hitting me in the head must have triggered something because I could hardly remember anything from my life before." She getting a confused look from Steve, before he could ask her what he meant they heard something in the vents about them.

"Clint, what the hell man?" Tony said realizing Clint was in the vents spying.

"I'm sorry, you guys didn't tell any of us what was going on so I got curious."He said still in the vents. Steve gave him a look that meant are you coming down or not? "Also, I'm stuck. I didn't realize how small the vents for the medical wing were." he said groaning while Tony and Steve laugh, making her smile. They watched as Tony tried to get Clint out of the vents for about 10 minutes.

"Aj?" Steve asked the girl looked up at the sound of a familiar name, "You look confused, are you alright?" He asked now a little confused.

"I-I'm fine, is that my name?" She asked looking down, she was ashamed for not even being able to remember her own name but being able to remember Steve.

"Wait, you can't remember your name?" Steve asked putting a hand on her cheek. She shed a tear looking away, Steve put his hand on her chin pulling her to look at him while whipping the tear from her face. "It's going to be ok, Tony over there is going to try and help, but first we have to ask you some questions if we want to help you." He said in a calming voice.

"ok." She said leaning back, for the first time she realized how tired she actually was. As her eyes closed she heard talking among the men wanting to hear but quickly fell asleep instead.

---------

A few hours had passed and she was still sleeping, this made Steve nervous and the team didn't miss that. Tony realized they still didn't know anything about you and knew the team needed an explanation for why some girl was laying in their medical room.

"Steve come sit down," Tony motioned for Steve to come sit with the rest of the team, "The team needs an explanation, and well frankly so do I." He said as he watched Steve nod and sit down on the couch between Sam and Bruce.

"Ok well here goes nothing," He said sounding very nervous and shaky, "Her name is Allie Jane..." He started to trail off making the team very curious about what he was going to say next, "Barnes." He waited to close his eyes for a response.

"Wait, as in Bucky Barnes?" Sam asked shocked, but that's what everyone was thinking.

"Shes his little sister." that earned multiple gasps from the group, making him look down. "Even though she was his little sister we always included her and not a day went by where we all weren't walking down the street laughing, I thought I lost her like I've lost everyone else. But thinking she and Bucky were gone hurt the most." Sam patted Steve on the shoulder trying to comfort him while the others tried to think of what to say.

"Wait, how did she stay alive, the only way you and Buck stayed alive was from ice and Hydra," Wanda said wondering how Aj had been able to stay alive for almost 100 years.

"I have no idea, but once she wakes up, I'm going to find out," Steve said wishing you would wake up.

"Sir, The girl is waking up," Friday said sending Tony the security cameras showing him Aj was awake.

"Thank you Friday, Steve come on." They both got up and walked down the hall to the elevator.

----------

"Hey Aj, how do you feel?" Steve asked sitting on the edge of the bed helping her sit up. She groaned and put her hand to her head.

"My head still hurts," She said realizing how much it actually did hurt, Steve looked at Tony with a worried look. She shouldn't still be having pain in her head after multiple hours of rest.

"Friday check vitals," Tony said coming towards the bed, he slowly put his hand on her head checking if there was an injury he had missed.

"It seems that nothing is wrong, she may have a bruised head," Friday announced.

"Oh that's all my fault I'm so sorry," Steve said very apologetically.

"Friday send someone to get ice please," Tony said typing something on a tablet,

"No it's alright I can do it." She said putting her hand to her head.

"no, you cant get u-" Tony started until he watched her cover that section of her head with a layer of frost. Steve and Tony stared in disbelief.

"What the hell was that?" Tony asked still a little shocked but was sort of getting used to random people having powers.

"Uh, I can create like ice and snow and variations of that." She said looking down and fiddling with her hands.

"Well if you don't mind we have a few questions for you," Steve said grabbing her hand and rubbing his thumb over it in a circular pattern. She nodded giving a forced smile to steve.
