so I'm scrolling on twitter like one does and I see a meme about 2020 history textbooks. So..I tweeted the lovely
"2020 textbooks are gonna be hefty as shit" to which said twitter user replied with
"real shit 100%" .
So I reply with "3 units for us is gunna ne the forts 3 or 4 months of this year"
He replied "homework gunna be threw the roof" my last reply was "we had like 10-15 questions they gunna have like 20-30 questions" which he laughed at. So then heres where my imagination got to me

So here o am sitting I'm the house me and my 2 other guy friends live in right amd they have kids both of them walk in and say hey to me and I say hello to them. They eat and start their homework and i make my self so coffee. 5 mins later I hear "auntie shadz I need help with my history" I say ok what are you learning about. She put her textbook on the table and says "the year 2020" I stop dead in my tracks and slowly turn around to face her as I say "we dont talk about that year" the kid looked at me in confusion and ask "why" I sit down and look at her and say " because 2020 was a bad year all jokes a side WW3 almost started , covid-19, Carol fucking baskon, covid-19 everyone is on lockdown , murder Hornets" as she says "wow that's alot for one year" I smile and simply chuckle and say " oh no that was only the first few months"as her facial expressions drop amd ask what else happened I say" George floyd was killed by a cop the world went batshit crazy half of downtown was on fire along with 7 other cop cars stores got boarded up because people wanted to loot and rob stores and explode shit aannddd we had a curfew for a week stright" she dropped her pencils and the only words that left her mouth was "holly shit" gabe walks in and looks at his daughter and then at me and says " what the fuck did you to to my daughter" I giggle and say "all I did was tell her about 2020 cause that's what shes learning in history" as he facepalms and says "god fucking damnit" and we both laugh
