CHAPTER 1

Your P.O.V

I woke up today with the sun shining bright on my face, wondering what it would be like on my very first day of college. I looked at the time and it read 9:00 am.

"Breakfast is ready!"Said my mum.

"Coming mum!" I said.

I got up from bed, brushed my teeth, got ready & went downstairs. I really didn't feel like eating but I did, just incase I needed the energy. As soon as I finished I waved goodbye to my mum & left home. I went in a bus and ended up standing in front of one the most tallest buildings I have ever seen.
I walked into class where I saw a lot of students making noises and then suddenly become speechless once they saw me.

"Good Morning! Are you the new student?..." Said the teacher walking towards me. "... I'm Mr Stead" I smiled.

"I'm Anna... Anna Rose." I said nervously. The teacher led me in front of the class and looked towards me. I smiled.

"So... This is our new student. Her name is Anna Rose & she will be working with us  in this class." He said.

"Hi!" I said nervously.

I looked at the whole classroom and then the students when suddenly my eyes fell onto one guy. He had a white shirt on with some ripped up jeans & some trainers. He had colourful tattoos on his arms & his neck. He had bright blonde hair with some brown and pink routs, he also had blue eyes, which I've always loved about guys. Soon he noticed me looking at him &  he gave me a little smirk, which sent shivers down my spine. But I waved back at him. The teacher looked at me & told me to go and sit next to the same guy that I was looking at earlier. I sat down next to him & he smiled.

"Hi! My name is Niall. Nice to meet you." He said while putting his hand out.

"Hi... I'm Anna." I said shaking his hand. He smiled.

He looked at me for a second before saying something.

"Anyways when you were standing at the front... I saw you looking at me." He said. I smiled.

45 minutes later

I walked out of class & walked straight towards my locker. I put all my books into the locker & closed it. As soon as I turned around my eyes meet the same two blue eyes that I saw earlier in class. I smiled to myself. He smiled back looking back down at me.

"Hey!" He said.

"Hey." I said back. He grabbed my hand & led me to the canteen.

"Let me introduce you to my friends. Yeah?" he smiled.

"Ok!" Is all I could say at that point. I was really scared, because I didn't really know anyone here. I noticed that he had led me to a pretty large table with a number of boys on it. They all looked at me smiling. I smiled back nervously. Niall had noticed that I was nervous and he held my hand tighter. They all said Hi! And they told me their names, one by one. They all had tattoos. And they all had different colourful hair colours.

"Hey Niall! Is that your new GirlFriend?? What's her name?" Said Louis obviously sending us both into an awkward position.

"Shut up Louis! She's not my girlfriend, she's my new best friend!..." New best friend? we've only just met today! How can he say that? "... Plus she's also new here. Ok?!" Said Niall obviously making me blush even more. He looked at me and smiled, I smiled back.

"Are you sure Niall? I mean the both of you are holding each other's hands, as if you were a couple." Said Liam.

The rest of them laughed and pointed towards our hands. Me and Niall looked at each other and looked at our hands. They were entwined. We let go of each other's hands and looked down to the floor blushing. We looked up at them and they laughed even harder.

"Aw! Are the two love birds getting shy? We know you love each other." Said Harry.

Me and Niall stared into each other's eyes. We smiled. How can we love each other I mean come on! We just became best friends... according to Niall. And now the guys are saying that me and Niall are in Love?!

"Shut up! I've bought her here so that she could maybe meet you guys & become friends with you guys. Not so that you guys could make fun of her on the first day!" Said Niall, obviously sounding annoyed.

"Ok ok. We're sorry! We didn't mean to say anything horrible. Geez!" Said Zayn. I looked at all of them smiling.

"It's ok... I now you didn't mean anything. I'm Anna by the way, it's very lovely to meet you all." I said nervously.

They smiled and asked me to sit down. We talked for what seemed like a long time.  I had a lot of fun hanging around with the guys & getting to know them. Soon it came to the end of the day.

"We've had a great time getting to know you a little more Anna. I hope we can talk again soon." Said Liam smiling at me. I smiled back.

"Of course. It was nice meeting all of you too!" I said.

I waved goodbye & made my way over to the college gates. Not noticing that Niall was following me. As I was walking I kept thinking to myself, about a lot of things that had happened today.

First day of College, New class, New friends, New people and New teachers. Then I met the most nicest people I've ever met. But how can they be so nice? I mean they have tattoos, piercings, they smoke and drink a lot and they dress really differently to everyone. I thought they were the bullies of this college! Anyways, Niall. How can he be even more nicer to me?! He almost scared me, when he smirked at me in class. I thought he was going to do something horrible! But no... He didn't. He helped me make new friends.
