Dad : Hyungwon-ah ... Your mom and I have come down to one decision . 

Hyungwon : What decision ?

Kang Soo Ah's P.O.V 

-The Next Day- 

I woke up at my friend's house and get ready to school as usual . I went to school with my friend .

-At School- 

I can't stop but to keep looking at Hyungwon from afar . I mean , like , I couldn't help it . He is like prince charming with a shining armor who always came and save me from this cruel world . 

-School Ends- 

As I was packing my things , Miss Han came looking for me . 

Ms. Han : Soo Ah-ya , I have a good news for you !

Me : What is it , Miss Han ?

Ms. Han : Your grandmother recovered faster that expected and she is sent home . 

Me : Really ? Thank you for the information , Miss Han . 

I told the news to my friends and My friend takes me to her house after I'm done packing , I went back to my house . I saw my grandma smiling at me as I entered my house . 

Hyungwon's P.O.V 

I really hate my dad for the first time .. I don't want this .. Why ? Oh My god .. I don't know how I am going to talk to dad again after this .. 

Kang Soo Ah's P.O.V 

-The Next Day-

I get kinda worn out from work yesterday so I slept really early and I'm kinda fresh now that I get enough sleep . 

I walk to school as usual and go to my place as I always do . Nothing really different happens in my life everyday . 

All of a sudden , Choi Aeran approached my desk . 

Aeran : Soo Ah-ya .. Are you okay ?

Me : Sure , thanks for your concern . What do you want now ?

Aeran : I really have no bad intentions in asking that because I'm truly concerned .

Me : Why ?

Aeran : You might find it sneaky that I know who you like , but I actually just accidentally overheard your conversation so I know .. And .. You know ..

Me : What really happened ? 

Aeran : Have you heard of the news on our school's student online news ?

Me : I didn't really join in 'cause they're all just gossips around school .

Aeran : So .. You didn't know yet ..

Me : Know what ?

Aeran : Your one and only girl friend in your group .. She know who you like too right ?

Me : Yeah  .. And what's about it ? Can you just tell me ?

Aeran : She is .. engaged .

Me : Then it's a good news we should congra-

Aeran : Engaged to Hyungwon .

I was so shocked to hear it that my mouth can't even utter one word . How did she  ? I thought we're friends and the fact that she knew is what makes it more unbelievable ... So , all along .. Choi Aeran was right about it ..

She was just warning me . She is nice .. How did I misunderstood her just because she liked the same person as I do ? Oh god , I made the worst mistake of my life .. My heart is crushed into pieces . 

I ran to the rooftop . I screamed my heart out while crying . 

Me : WHY ?!!!! WHY SHOULD IT BE MY ONLY HOPE IN LIFE ??!! AND WHY SHOULD IT BE YOU ?!!! It's already hard to take care of my life and my old grandma . Only he could help me .. Why .. I HATE THIS WORLDD !!! I'd rather die ..

Changkyun : Yahh !!! Are you crazy ? Kang Soo Ah ! Are you crazy ?

Changkyun pulled me back and hugs me while gently rubbing my back to calm me down .  

Me : Changkyun ... I don't want to live anymore .

Changkyun : Soo Ah, you've got a long way to go .. You can change a lot of things in life and yet you want it all to end now ?

Me : Hyungwon won't be mine .. What's the point ? My prince in shining armor is engaged to my own friend who KNEW .. SHE KNEW !

Changkyun : *sighs* Calm down .. Now , let's get rid of all this tears and wash your face first . After that , we can go to class and talk it out , okay ? 

Me : Alright then .. I'll get going first ..

Changkyun : Good girl . I'm gonna stay here for a short while . You go first .

Changkyun's P.O.V 

Soo Ah then left me alone at the rooftop . I wonder why it always have to be the guy that hurt them is the one they ended up liking .. If only I'd knew sooner ..

I think this is kinda like my fate .. To like the girl who would end up liking my own friend . And I'm just as the third wheeler .. 

Or should I say the pathetic second lead ?
