Good Deeds

In this great adventure called Life you learn something new everyday. You learn more and more about yourself, others, nature, the economy, history, music, even what a simple grain of salt could do. Everyday should be a great opportunity to be a better person than you were yesterday. Working on yourself should be mandatory but without being selfish. We all have our selfish ways but it shouldn't be to the point where you refuse to give your McDonald's burger to ones in need. Even your favorite shirt to one shivering cold on the side of the street.

Blessings will come to those who give gifts of kindness indeed. A smile goes a long way. A good morning to a couple of strangers you see in your community will brighten someone's day and even yours. While in the gas station standing behind someone who just put .37¢ on their pump butt in and add a few dollars on their pump. We ALL never know what exactly each other is going through unless we were born into your life. Make a difference. A positive one. Give compliments to others often and watch their faces lighten up.

We are here to uplift each other instead of belittling. Break the chain of evil. Don't allow it into your spirit for you will walk around the all your troubles on your shoulders and be a BIG grump that'll ruin days of your peers. The homeless smile more than you do. The broke and happy has more value than you. We all have our issues but it's up to you to let them show. To let them make you frown, change your demeanor and put you down. Discuss them with your God and leave them with him.

It's so much easier to just smile. You're beautiful inside and out. No matter what they say about you have confidence. Even if they say you're worthless. The best way to kill their buzz isn't to backlash but it's to smile with kindness and prove them wrong. I know, I know!!! Easier said than done but if you start doing good deeds it'll be easier done than said.

The clock is ticking. What are you gonna do? Give back or give lack?
