"Yaku please!" Lev pleaded for the hundredth time, attempting to convince Yaku to stay the night. "Lev, you're almost twenty, why can't you be alone for once?" Yaku stood his ground yet soon was overcome by his friend's stubbornness. "Ah, fine. I'll stay," he smiles victoriously while hearing this, forcing Yaku to look away.
It was no secret that Yaku found Lev attractive. Everyone who ever attended Nekoma knew of his liking for the stubborn idiot as Yaku called him, well, everyone except the idiot himself, Lev. He was the most oblivious person Yaku has ever met.
"Okay so-" Lev talked continuously with no end while Yaku half-way listened, the other half zoning out and taking notice to how nice Lev looked with wet hair. "YAKU?" Lev laughed sweetly at Yaku jumping back surprised, causing him to hit his head hard on the wall.
"Jesus Christ, what?" Yaku questioned him sheepishly. "I asked if you would rather watch The Invisible Man or Paranormal Activity Two." "Oh- Why Two? What about One?" Lev rolled his eyes dramatically, "Idiot, we already watched the first one together, that's why I offered the second one."
"Oh yeah, okay then the second one," Yaku stood up from the floor and sat on Lev's couch with Lev following behind him. They sat in awkward silence, avoiding each other's eye contact while waiting for the previews to end.
The sun set quickly and the two men sat in the dark debating who should get up and click play. "It's MY house!" Lev defended himself but was soon beaten by Yaku's counter, "Don't forget YOU invited me here!"
Lev stood up to click the DVD Player anc quickly returned to the couch where Yaku smirked victoriously at him.
Lev giggled happily and sat down even closer to him, which did not go unnoticed by Yaku. Yaku blushed lightly and refocused his attention onto the movie.
This movie was creepier than Yaku expected and actually scared him a little. Not that he would ever let Lev know, but he didn't have to worry about that considering Lev was physically trembling every time something moved.
While Yaku paid attention to Lev, a jump scare happened, causing Lev to throw himself back and bury himself in Yaku's neck. Yaku froze but almost immediately hugged him. Neither said a word nor did neither of them move. The movie continued to play but they didn't care.
Lev soon turned his head to where he could see the screen but was still in Yaku's arms. The movie ended with a final jump scare that got Yaku this time as well.
Yaku looked down to check on Lev and noticed how red he was. "Thanks for staying," he mumbled. "Don't mention it. I'm glad I can be here with you,"
