The next day

Dean woke up first stretching out but is stopped by a sharp pain
He looks down and sees he's still connected to Sam
He moves Sam slightly
He groans in pain also waking up
"What are you doing ...it hurt"
"I'm still stuck to you ..." dean caresses sams back
"Fuck dean ....."
Sam wiggles slightly hearing a pop and he giggles
"There feel better "
"Yes love !"
Dean pins sams down nuzzling him the male under him giggles holding onto him both smiling at the sun softly kisses their skin Sam is first one to get out of bed to get dressed dean soon follows they walk out together hand in hand
Greeting people and people greeting them
Sam gets dragged away by the clans children playing with them picking them up one by one hugging them
Dean watches from afar smiling at the sight
Soon sams comes walking back to dean
"Your great with kids "
"I know they all just love me "
Dean hugs Sam as they continue to walk around they walk to the river bank sitting under a tree
Deans smiles closing his eyes as sam leans against him
It reaches night fall and they go home seeing everyone celebrate with families
Sam crises his arms around his stomach dean glances at him but doesn't say anything
They reach their room Sam lays across the bed
As dean lays next to him
Sams turns to him "dean ..what if I don't get pregnant ..."
"Only time will tell my omega .."
Sam looked away ..
"Would you still love me ..."
"Yes of course .."
Dean holds Sam
"Babies or not I'll still be here to love you "
