What a night I thought to myself. While I waited for jay to get her things together I stepped off into the bathroom, walked in the stall and broke down crying. I Made sure I wasn't loud so I wouldn't draw attention to myself. The last time I cried was 5 years ago I couldn't control it tears wear just running down my eyes. Seeing my little brother on the floor about to loose his life really did it for me and on top of being worried for him I had to take shit from my dad the whole car ride here. My family has always been like hood royalty and sometimes I forgot we're not untouchable. Maybe jay is right and I should get out of this life while I still can. I finally pulled myself together and left the bathroom.

"Damn what was taking so long I bet it stank in there now" Jay said standing right outside the door.

"Shut up and come on let's go we got business to handle." I responded with a giggle

We walked to the car and got in. It was pretty late at night.

"Okay so can you explain now where we're going, What's going on and who tf is malcom. Honestly it's 3 in the morning why don't we call it a night and handle business tomorrow" jay ranted off

"Your right let's just get some rest" I responded

"Can I stay with you I don't want to stay at Lee's place alone and I can't go home" jay asked

" Thanks I appreciate it but can you tell me who malcom is. This whole time I thought tyrik was after me." I said

"Malcom is that one guy that used to work for dad. You might remember him as Mikey." I said

"Ohh that dude he always gave me the creeps." Jay said disgusted

I know he gave everyone the creeps he was so weird. Basically after you left dad and him got pretty close at first dad just had him working the corner. He quickly started bringing in so much money and making a name for himself in the streets. so dad wanted to bring him in and train him to roll with the upper click

"What dad never does that especially with outsiders." Jay responded

I know but you handle and played such a big role in the business and he needed to fill your spot. After giving Malcolm a chance for about 6 months he was doing pretty good. dad was actually warming up to him so he finally gave him your old position. That's when things started getting weird I don't know if he was power hungry but dude turned into a psychopath.

"What do you mean" Jay asked

he started messing up business deals by going rouge and killing people causing us to have problems with other gangs. He was trying to fight everyone, he was stealing from dad and so much more. So dad asked him to come over one night so he can talk with him and you know what that means.

" Oh okay.... But Wait so tyrik tried to kill us because dad killed malcom that doesn't make sense what do they have to do with one another" Jay asked

"If you would have let me finish Dang girl. So dad invited malcom to the house and at the time miah was home alone. They were supposed to meet at 9 but he showed up at 8:30. Miah opened the door and he was standing outside drunk screaming. Miah didn't know what to do so she called dad. Dad was honestly surprised he even showed up. Malcoms not dumb he knew what that meeting was about and who would walk right into their death. Dad was expecting him to just go on the run then he was just going to hunt him down and kill him, you know the usual"

"I'm not seeing where this is going so what happened" jay replied

Uhhhh I hate talking about this. So dad told Miah to keep his drunk ass company and make sure he doesn't go any where because he is on his way. Malcom just stood outside super drunk screaming fuck you mcklains, I'm not dumb etc eventually Miah invites him in and he unexpectedly he attacks her. Miah is 5'4 and tiny he is 6'4 and super big she didn't stand a chance he finally got control of her and he ... he.. raped her in the living room. Dad finally busted in and ran to Miahs comfort before dad could even react malcom had ran out the front door he tried to run after him but malcom got away this all happened about 3 weeks ago and ever since dad hasn't been the same. Nobody's been able to find malcom, but what I also don't get is what tyrik got to do with malcom.

"What" jay said so shocked

" I just realized where I heard that name malcom from. A couple months ago before all the shit went down I was still kinda cool with tyrik and he told me about how tavion the leader of the crips in the Richmond...." Jay said

"Of course I know tavion he is one of our biggest enemies you know this." I respond

"Well he died a couple months ago and their gang kept it quiet so no one else would know. some new guy took over named malcom I didn't think much of it and honestly I didn't care about anything gang related." Jay said

Of course he had no where else to go so join the enemy makes sense. You know dad always said he was smart but his actions made him stupid. Wait hold on but you said tyrik told you this a couple months ago.

"SNAKE BITCH" we said at the same time as the lightbulb went off in our heads

So He was playing both sides for months who knows what he has on us or what he has planned. I know you hate this lifestyle but we need your help don't leave us okay and tavion is dead. This is really some bullshit we gotta tell dad

" Let's go I pretty sure him and Miah went home. We'll just meet them there" Jay responded
