"Don't you think that they're so stupid to just let one guard here?" VIP whispered, enough for me to hear over our transmitters.
"Don't underestimate that guard. His body figure just looks like the actor 'The Rock'. " I said to her at inayos ang suot kong salamin.
We only have fifteen minutes to hide before this library close. Naghiwalay kami ng pwesto ni VIP in case that one of us will be caught.
"ATTENTION EVERYONE. THE LIBRARY WILL BE CLOSED IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES. PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR VALUABLES BEFORE LEAVING. THANK YOU." The guard said through speakers.
He had a voice recommended to be a broadcaster. But those biceps must be a problem if he apply. The librarian is not here today that's why the guard is the one who is sitting at the Librarian desk.
People begin to stand and leave. They went to the desk to sign off. Buti na lang at hindi kami nag sign-in kanina ni VIP because it will be too obvious that we're hiding when he see that two signatures are missing.
Professor got an email from someone that an illegal drug exchange is happening here in this library. He asked us to check it out what kind of drug is used in that transaction but don't stop it. We said na baka isang trap lang yun, at kami pa ang maakusahan kapag nagkahulihan but he only said 'Kayo mahuli? Magcecelebrate pa ako kapag nangyari yun!"
We have a lead that a guy with five piercings on his right ear is the supplier and that he always put the drugs inside the books. He will then email his client on what book is that and the client will leave the payment at the same book. We don't have a picture of the guy, so basically we need to hunt it down.
We already observed people earlier pero dalawang tao ang nakita naming may limang piercing sa right ear. A five-footer man in his thirties wearing a checkered long sleeves polo with a black body bag. May suot rin syang cap na hindi man lang nya sinubukan tanggalin for the whole time. Then the other one was a woman with red lipstick. She wears a semi-formal vintage dress and she was holding only her big pouch. Although she's seems not suspicious based on her physical aspect, it's not enough for me to eliminate her.
I asked VIP to look for the woman and I'm the one to the man. The man started to go in shelves at 5:20pm. I remained my distance to him while he started searching for books.
Nasa Law Books Section kami and when I passed through, I saw he picked a hardbound book with Business Law written on cover page.
Maybe he still studying law at his age or maybe I just misjudged his age?
Kumuha pa sya ng mga dalawang libro bago pumunta sa mga lamesa. I didn't see what's the title of the two I only notice its colors. I observed him carefully from a distance while pretending reading a book.
He really looks like someone studying or making a research. I only saw him pulled notebook and a pencil in his bag then scanning the books he got and writing down. Pero malay ko kung may di lang ako napansin sa kanya.
Binalik nya yung mga libro sa pinagkuhanan nya then he directly left around seven. I asked VIP about the woman and she said that she went in a novel section specifically in erotic books. Kinuwento nya pa na napasabak sya sa pagbuklat nung isang libro doon and read some words inappropriate in innocent minds. Damn that woman.
We heard the sliding of a door and chains. The guard started to close this place. There's a front door and back door here and I think the one he closes is the back door.
