Hearing his heartbeat was like a whole new type of addiction, I moved my hands towards the base of his neck to play with his dreads.
"Mhmmm" he hummed sleeply.
"Yes baby?" I whispered softly , he pulled me back into his chest.
"What time is it?" I looked around for a clock or phone but saw nothing, through the small slit in the Curtains , a small beam of light shown throat, lighting up the perfect parts of his body .
"I'm not sure , but the suns coming up. You should go back to bed" I purred into his ear , while cuddling up closer to him.
"Not unless you are" his voice was raspy from sleep , i found it quite attractive.
I giggled and smiled
"Right away love, right away" I whispered tenderly . I could feel his body shift slightly to the side . I looked up to see he had closed his eyes , I couldn't help myself from smiling again. I was exactly where I want to be, in his protecting arms.
I didn't go to sleep right away, I stayed awake listening to the slow hum he made when he exhaled and his heart beat , being so close to him that I could hear it meant
