MORE INFORMATION: This oneshot takes place starting when Bakugou gets taken by the League of Villains. Throughout the oneshot there will be lyrics from Keyisha Cole's song titled "Love." I will not use some lyrics though as it wouldn't make sense for the plot. Lyrics will be in italics! Enjoy!

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.:

Tonight at summer camp the Pussycats had an event planned out for us. It was a test of courage event where one class would try to scare the others using their quirks. My class, class 1-a were going to be the ones to walk around to get scared. We pulled our partners using sheets of paper with numbers. I looked around until I saw Katsuki Bakugou, my hot-headed boyfriend. I opened my mouth to say something but he snatched the paper out of my hand.

"Looks like we're partners." Bakugou groaned. I tilted my head to the side.

"Why do you sound so upset?" I questioned, raising my brow at him. He turned to look at me and scoffed.

"Because you're a wimp. We're going to lose because of you." I stared at him in shock. I knew he was intense and full of pride but I never would have guessed he would make such a comment to me. My sensitivity took over as I looked down to hide my now tear-filled eyes.

"D-Do you really think I'm a wimp?" I muttered, more so to myself than anything.

"You let your emotions get the best of you. That's why you'll never come close to being number one, like me." Bakugou answered, referring to my crying, "Now look alive. It's our turn to enter. At least try to have some sort of courage." I kept quiet, following the ash blonde.

I used to think I wasn't fun enough

A few minutes passed without any scares, and Bakugou and I walked along not saying a word to one another. The only sound was our footsteps crunching against the grassy ground. My mind wandered to everything Bakugou has said to me. Moron. Idiot. Numbskull. Wimp. Loser. The words screamed and replayed themselves over and over again in my head until I couldn't take it anymore.

"Bakugou!" I called out to the male in front of me.

"What do you want now?" He snapped, not even bothering to stop or look at me.

"I'm supposed to be your other half and yet you treat me like the scum underneath your feet! Why do you treat me the way you do?!" I yelled.

And I used to think I wasn't wild enough

This got him to turn around.

"What the heck are you talking about?" Bakugou was clearly irritated.

"Moron! Idiot! Numbskull! Wimp! Loser! Those are the things you call me! Is this supposed to be love?" I hollered, tears spilling from my eyes. Bakugou just stood there, staring at me.

"I-uh-you-" Bakugou stuttered but I had cut him off.

"I don't know how much more of this I can take before I break into pieces!" I averted my eyes away from Bakugou's, staring into the ground.

But I won't waste my time trying to figure out
