Me write a song, Ehhh??? [ON HOLD]

Chapter 16

"Good morning," Ringo-Sensei greeted.

The butterflies in my stomach are flapping there wings harder. At long last, my classes at Saotome Academy officially start today. Ayaka thought while looking infront very calmly like nothing can stop her now though she was really scared 

Ringo-Sensei said, "Everyone here …has survived the fierce entrance examination battle …" he points his index finger towards the class, arm straight. "…But your real battle begins today. People in the idol course, raise your hands!"

Ittoki Otoya, Shibuya Tomochika, Shinomiya Natsuki, and Hijirikawa Masato and some other people all raised their hand.

~Class S.~

"People in the idol course please raise your hand." Hyuga-sensei said 

Mizuki Mamuro, Syo Kurusu, Ren Jinguji and Tokiya Ichinose and many others all raised their hand. This gonna be exciting. Battling with Syo and Ren old childhood friends will be so awesome I wonder if Natsuki and Masato want to become idols it would be even more exciting. Mizuki thought and smirked slightly Man, again  Mizuki ruffled her hair like a maniac in her head. I wonder if Otoya is doing fine, he had such a lovely voice. Mizuki smiled slightly thinking about how lovely all their voices were when they were kids.

~Class A.~

"Then, people in the musical composition course…"

Ayaka Tachibana raised her hand along with Nanami Haruka.

"I see," Ringo-Sensei said while joining his hands together. "So we got kids who aim to be idols –" he gestured one hand to represent the idols. "—and kids who aim to compose for the idols." He gestured the other hand to represent the composers. 

Ringo-Sensei continued on, winking, "You'll be studying together to acquaint yourselves with each other," he then leaned forward. "But at the end of the first term, the idol course students and composition students will pair up! And your partner …won't necessarily come from this A class! You're free to find a partner to your liking in S class, B class, or any class. Your graduation audition will be performed in that pairing. And the road to a major debut will be opened to the victorious pair! Until the official pairs are decided, at the end of the first term …get to know a lot of people and search for your perfect partner! And one more thing..."

~Class S.~ 

"-There is an important rule" Hyuga-Sensei said 

"Rule..?" Mizuki whispered to herself as she tilted her head. It must be something really restricted if he said it in that tone. 

~Class A.~ 

"… and that rule is: Romance is absolutely forbidden!"

Wha? Ayaka said to herself

"Dating between the sexes is outlawed!" he said in a serious tone.

~Class S.~

 "Offenders will be expelled immediately, no matter what the reason! That is the academy's rule!" Hyuga-Sensei said in a very strict and serious tone. 

The rule doesn't bother me anyways. I don't like anybody and I doubt anyone likes me so its all good. Mizuki thought as she looked up the ceiling.

~Class A.~

Ringo-Sensei then changed back to his happy tone. "Now, let's start with testing everybody's capabilities… by having a recording contest!"

The room was then filled with hopeful chatters.

"I'm going to pair you up for this one time only. The idol course kids will write the lyrics …and the composer course kids will write the music."

"l-lyrics?!" Otoya exclaimed.

Write music??? oh wait Mizuki already taught me how to write it so. Ayaka sighed softly. Haruka had a worried face on her, Ayaka looked at her I guess she has never written music.. Ayaka smiled I guess I could teach her a thing or two. 

Ringo-Sensei revealed 3 sheets of paper with the paired up names pinned up on the blackboard. "I randomly drew lots to decide on the pairs!" 

Everyone complained that they didn't have a choice on who to pair up with.

"After all, in show business, luck is also part of ability."

Otoya got out of his seat shouting, "Alright! I'm paired up with Nanami. I'm looking forward to it."

"I-I'm looking forward to it, too," Haruka said.
