lexis pov.
"mum, im scared," i told my mum, "what if i make no friends?"
mum was a witch, she attended hogwarts and was sorted in ravenclaw.
"you will sweetie! i know you will! who wouldnt want to be friends with a young girl as brilliant as you?" she replied.
its going to be my first day of school today. im scared, what if i make no friends? what if nobody would want to hang out with a halfblood like me?
as i said my goodbyes to my parents, i enter the train. i went in early so i wouldnt have to fight for an empty compartment.
as i sat down, a girl entered.
"hello! i'm issy! nice to meet you...?" the girl named issy said.
"oh, uhm im lexi." i replied nervously.
she seemed like a nice girl, would she become my first friend?
"issy! i told you not to barge into other peoples compartments! thats literally the first thing i told you NOT to do-"
another girl entered, she was pretty.
"im sorry for my friend, she gets excited meeting new people. im erin."
"im-" i started to say.
"her names lexi!!" issy said for me.
"issy! let her introduce herself!" erin scolded her.
so erin and issy. thats their names. lets hope theyll become my friends.

we finally made it to hogwarts. issy and erin were talking NONSTOP. it was nice and all, but how can people talk so much?
i went outside, and saw boats.
people were getting into groups and stuff to get onto the boats. i turned to issy and erin, and realized they were gone.
oh no. whered they go? did they leave me?
"hey are you okay?" a girl with dark blue hair came to me.
she was beautiful. why was everybody beautiful here?
i couldnt find my words so i just shook my head.
"here, come with me. you can be with my friends and i!" she said grabbing my hand and leading me to where i assumed were her friends.
she led me towards her friends. there were three of them.
one of them turned to me, and started running towards us.
"lexi! there you are!" one of the girls came towards us, it was erin, "we thought we lost you! we were so scared. i see you met eva."
so they were all friends? i wonder if theyd be my friends too.
