(Nobody's POV)

Stella woke up to the sound of her alarm blaring in her ears. She slapped her hand on the black clock and drowsily got up. "Good morning, Midnight," she said to her pet black cat that rubbed against her. Her green eyes stared into her violet ones. Stella took off her purple covers and walked downstairs. "Good morning, Stella," her mother said. "How are you?" She stretched her arms and yawned. "Good," she said. "What's for breakfast?" She walked into the kitchen and grabbed a cup from a white ceramic cabinet.

Stella opened the refrigerator and took out the gallon of milk her mom had bought from the store. She poured some in her black cup and looked over at her mom. She was putting a waffle on a plate for Stella. "Waffles," she said. She handed Stella the plate with the waffle and walked to the dining room. She followed her and set her cup of milk and waffle on the table. She went back into the kitchen and grabbed the syrup.

Stella sat down at the table and put the syrup on her waffle. She cut her waffles and ate them up. After, she drank her cup of milk and brought them out to the kitchen. She checked the time on her purple and black watch. It said 6:38. She had to be ready for her bus at 7:30, so she decided to sit down and digest for a little bit, watch TV and then get dressed for school.

After Stella watched some TV, she headed up to her room. The pastel purple and white walls glistened against the light she turned on. She slid across the wooden floor and opened up her drawer. She took out a light purple T-shirt and white shorts with tiny purple bows. After, she put on a pair of white socks and a grabbed a dark purple bow. She walked into the bathroom and brushed her hair with a gray brush. She then put her dark purple bow in her hair and grabbed her purple tooth brush.

Stella plastered some toothpaste on her toothbrush and rubbed the paste on her teeth. After about a minute of brushing, she spit and rinsed her mouth. She grabbed her black glasses and ran down the stairs. She checked her watch again. It was 7:12. She walked into the kitchen and opened the mud room door. She put on her black shoes and walked back into the house.

"Mom," Stella said. "I'm gonna be leaving soon." Stella's mother walked into the kitchen and smiled. "Alright sweetheart," she said. A clap of thunder rumbled through the sky. "Might as well wear a hoodie when you go out and either wear your hoodie over your head or a hat." Stella nodded and walked up the stairs. Today was the last day of school and it was Friday. Stella's friend, Luna, had invited her to her birthday party at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. She was excited because she went there once for her birthday. Her favorite animatronic was Bonnie for two reasons. One, he was purple, and two, he was a bunny. Stella loved both of those things. Bunnies and the color purple were her favorite things. She wanted a pet bunny when she was 6, but instead, her mother got her her cat, Midnight.

Stella opened up her white colored closet door and took out her pastel purple hoodie. She put it over herself and kissed Midnight. "I'll see you after school, Midnight," she said with a smile. Midnight meowed in response and sat in her windowsill. Stella removed her from there and closed her window. There was a streak of lightning and thunder boomed through the sky.

Stella played with her long dark brown hair for a moment and then walked out of the room. She looked in the mirror and walked downstairs. Rain pelted on the windows and the roof, getting harder and harder by the minute. She grabbed her Bonnie plush and put it in her purple galaxy backpack. She always loved to cuddle with her plush whenever some type of storm was on the way.

Stella looked at the clock on the wall. It read 7:27. "Mom! I'm going!" Stella gasped. She grabbed her backpack and slumped it over her shoulders. The dark clouds were illuminated by spider lightning. Stella gulped, quickly putting on her purple Vans and taking out her Bonnie plush. She put her hood over head and ran through the torrential rain. Thunder reverberated through the sky. Stella panted to her bus stop, her plush held close by her side. She finally made it to her stop and leaned against a stop sign. Stella saw her friend Luna texting on her phone. She was like Stella in a way; her favorite color was a pinkish red and her favorite Freddy Fazbear animatronic was Foxy.

"Hi, Luna," I said happily. "Oh, hi," she said in a bored tone. I looked up at the darkening clouds. "Are you seriously not bringing an umbrella with you?" she asked. Stella looked down at the sidewalk. A tiny puddle was starting to form from the rain. "Yeah. I don't find anything wrong with no umbrella on a rainy day." Luna scoffed. "And why do you have that plush with you? You know you aren't supposed to have toys in middle school." Stella looked at her plush and then at the house across the street. A lightning strike hit the ground a mile away from Luna. She jumped up a foot and screamed. Thunder roared across the sky, making Stella hold her plush tighter.

"You're such a baby. You know that?" Luna asked me in a sassy tone. I looked down at my feet, not answering. "I'll take that as a yes. Oh, and are you coming to my party?" I nodded, excitement swirling in me. Tomorrow was Luna's birthday party. Stella couldn't wait to see Bonnie.

The bus came to a stop when it came by. Stella was about to get on but Luna pushed her and walked on the bus, not stopping. Stella fell and landed in a tiny puddle full of mud. She sighed, got up and wiped the mud off of her bottom. She stepped on the bus, looking for a seat. There was one more seat that wasn't taken by anybody. She sat there and put her Bonnie plush in her backpack. "Hey, Stella," said one of Luna's friends. She sighed and looked over at them. "Did you wet your pants?" Luna and her friends starting laughing hysterically.

Stella looked down at her purple shoes, not letting a tear fall from her face. She looked out the window, looking at the blackened clouds that were illumining by the spider lightning. Soft rumbles of thunder whispered through the sky. The trees swayed in the air, almost being pulled up out of the ground. A warning sound came from Stella's phone. She looked at it and what she saw horrified her. It said: Tornado Warning! Get to nearest shelter! Stella took out her plush and hugged it as tight as possible. The bus pulled over as the rain splattered everywhere. "Kids, get in the school!" the bus driver said. Stella looked over to her right and saw her school.

Butterflies fluttered in her stomach. The kids walked in the school, the lights flickering. They ran down the hall, getting to the lowest floor as possible. Stella tucked her Bonnie plush in her hoodie pocket, not letting it dare fall out. "I don't understand how Chicago gets tornadoes," Stella heard one of her classmates say. It was Chicago. Chicago was near tornado alley. Stella and her classmates sat up against the hallway wall, waiting for the storm to pass.

20 Minutes Later...

The wind was starting to die down. Stella was still holding her plushy, shaking with fear. "Baby!" Luna whispered into Stella's ear. Stella looked at the dirty floor. She hoped Luna's party wasn't cancelled tomorrow. The principle walked down the hallway. "Hello, children. We all remember me, Mrs. Hall. Right?" she asked in a sweet voice. All the kids nodded. "We'll have your parents pick you up in about 10 minutes. Please remain calm, there was only minor damage done to the school."

Some of the students started chatting with each other. Stella wrapped her legs and arms around her plushy, still shaken with fear. "Stella Alexandra," said a school staff. Stella got up with her plush Bonnie and backpack. "Crybaby!" Stella heard Luna whisper to her. Maybe she's just joking around, Stella thought. Yeah. Friends joke around...

Stella ran out to her mother's car. She snapped twigs as she stepped on them. She opened the car door and threw her backpack in after her. "Hey, sweetheart," her mom said. "Are you ok? Are you hurt?" She looked at Stella with worry and relief in her brown eyes. Stella nodded and hugged her Bonnie plush. "Before I do call," Stella's mother started. "I'm gonna call Freddy Fazbear's to see if they're still having Luna's birthday party."

She nodded, hoping they still will have it. Her mother began dialing and the phone started to ring. "Hello, welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. How may I help you?" said a man's voice. "Hi!" Stella's mother said. "I was wondering if the birthday party for Luna Barrington is still going to happen. My daughter was invited to her birthday party." The man started whispering to himself for a moment and flipping through pages. "Her party should continue as long as we get the tree out of the way that's blocking the entrance," he said. "If we can't get it to move, then we'll have to sadly cancel it." Stella's mother nodded. "Ok, thank you!" She hung up and continued driving home.

Stella thought of this as a weird way to end the school year. Usually on Fridays, it'd go by science and math, then UA classes, lunch, and last but not least, English language arts and social studies. But today it was being hit by a tornado and go home early.

When Stella and her mother got home, she ran up to her bedroom and plopped herself on the bed next to Midnight. She scratched Midnight's chin with her finger and put her Bonnie plush on her white night table. She sighed with boredom. "Tomorrow is the day," Stella told Midnight. "Tomorrow is when I get to see Bonnie again after all these years."
