Kayleigh's POV:
I looked around the dark void. I couldn't move, I was rooted to the spot. Scrap that. I was tied to a chair in the middle of darkness! Suddenly I felt water pool at my feet, rising higher and higher by the second as I sat there bound to the chair trying to keep my head above the water. Too late. As the water covered me completely I felt myself slipping away from the darkness and into the light. That feeling was quickly shattered by the sensation of falling into an endless abyss filled with screams that I could not identify as my own or not. These were regular occurrences but suddenly I realised for the first time.. this was my own mind! I could stop this! I pictured a trampoline and quickly got rid of the ropes tying me down before flipping gracefully into the the tramp. I heard a clock chime in the distance and was suddenly flung from the darkness as I opened my eyes to be met with glaring neon lights flashing in my face as I tried to adjust to the sudden change of brightness. I felt someone shaking my shoulders as I fully adjusted my vision, to be met with three people kneeling over me. A girl was crying quietly with one boy trying to comfort her, and a second boy was looking terrified as he gently shook me. It was my 3 best friends Rosalie, Teddy and Scott. My family was no where to be seen as Scott's face was drawn and tight while he gazed down over me. I felt my face heat up as Scott realised I was awake and staggered back. Rosalie run over with her brother and enveloped me in a hug.A/N: sorry for a short chapter. I'm dealing with stupid things.
1. Akuma is STILL crying over her knives. I had to confiscate the whole set for a month-
2. I got 4 hours of sleep last night.
3. I'm lazy
I'll try and get a second update out today, but no promises. It'll come out later today or tomorrow..sorry about that guys!
