The first day pt2

Luna's PoV
It's strange like really strange! How come she's got most of her memories back but doesn't remember Max or Harvey? Maybe part of herself didn't want to remember, that's why she can't? If I want to get to the bottom of this I'm gonna have to speak to Max. I don't want to though, I feel like he'll hide something or if I push the wrong button he will make my life even more hell than Ava would if she found out I was picking her mans brains for answers that he didn't wanna give about a girl who she hates purely because Abigail probably still has Max's heart. This is gonna be a longggg day
Abigail- hey! Snap out of it!
Luna- huh? What?
Abigail- you were in a trance!
Luna- shit sorry, what did I miss?
Abigail- oh just the teacher introducing you to the whole class
Luna- fuck! I must have gone onto autopilot
Abigail- it's fine! *she whisper shouts* I saved you from the whole embarrassment thing by saying that you're shy and don't talk much!
Luna- oh crap! Now they're gonna think I'm a mute
Abigail- there's one solution to that!
Luna- what?
Abigail- prove em wrong!
Teacher- girls! Be quiet! *she pauses* huh Luna I never thought I would have to tell you to be quiet you've been in the classroom for nearly 45 minutes and haven't so much as hummed let alone speak a full sentence!
Luna- yeah sorry miss won't happen again
Teacher- good!
*the rest of the lesson flies by and it's soon break time*
Abigail- hey I have to go to my counsellor now so I'll see you next period, we have English we can talk more then!
Luna- okay I'll go and introduce myself to some new people I guess
Abigail- oh girl we've all been there I mean I was introducing myself to people I've known for years *she laughs as she walks off*
Luna's PoV
Okay Luna! Pull yourself together! Find someone with a nice face and see if they have a personality to match. Even better! Just try find Harvey! Let's hope I don't bump into Max I do not think I'm ready for the encounter yet
*CRASH*
Boy- hey! Watch where you're going!
Luna- oh I'm so sorry *she looks at the face of the boy she just collided with* Harvey?
Boy- huh? What? No! I'm max *he turns to look at his twin brother* Harvey this bird is looking for you
Luna- Max?
Max- yeah? Got a problem with it? Harvey take your girlfriend
Harvey- Max she's not my girlfriend
Max- well she's a girl who's looking for you and you don't have many girls doing that so I assumed and I was wrong. Get over it!
Luna- well I'm Luna thanks for colliding into me *she snaps*
Max- ooo she feisty *he says sarcastically*
Harvey- shove off Max and go find Ava
*Max huffs and walks away*
Luna- okay? What was all that about?
Harvey- I don't know but I just gotta keep reminding myself that he wasn't always like that
Luna- oh yeah, uhm about the Abigail thing
Harvey- what about it?
Luna- have you ever thought that maybe she doesn't remember you and Max because she doesn't want to remember?
Harvey- what do you mean?
Luna- well there's a certain part of your brain that can shut emotions and certain memories off. Maybe when she had the accident and woke up she shut that side of her off with all the memories with you and Max in them
Harvey- that makes sense but why would she do that?
Luna- did something happen the night of her accident?
Harvey- like what?
Luna- like did you guys get into an argument? Did her and Max? Anything leading up to the accident could have an affect on her
Harvey- hey, you're smart I like that
Luna- thank you
Harvey- I'm willing to help you get to the bottom of this if you want?
Luna- yeah, you try getting through to Max and I'll see what Abigail can remember, I'll invite her over tonight and we can meet up after and see if we can get them talking again?
Harvey- sounds like a plan!
*the rest of the day flies by and Luna and Harvey stick to the plan they made*
*at the mills house*
Harvey- hey Max? Instead of snogging Ava's face off tonight can we go for a walk and have some brother time instead?
Max- sure! Me n Ava aren't together anymore anyway she cheated on me for like the 11th time and I'm actually done with her this time
Harvey- we will see how long that lasts
Max- shut up! Put you trainers on we're going now
Harvey- uh wasn't I supposed to be making the decisions?
Max- someone needs to take the lead
*they leave and go to the part and Luna and Abigail aren't far behind*
*at the park*
Luna- oh look it's Max and Harvey, wanna go say hi?
Abigail- I mean sure! I think they're the only people that I actually haven't got to know again even though I feel like I never really knew them on a personal level anyway!
Luna- *mentally sighs* hey Harvey! Over here! *they run toward the boys*
Max- *to Harvey before the girls get there* this was set up wasn't it? Bro if she can't remember then why force her?!
Harvey- it's not that she can't remember it's that she doesn't want to!
Max- huh?
Harvey- I'll explain later they're literally just there
Luna- hey boys! This is my best friend Abigail
Harvey- hey Abigail
Max- hey Abigail *he looks at the floor*
Abigail- M-Max?
Max- *looks shocked* yeah?
Abigail- I feel like I know you from somewhere
Max- we do go to the same school
Abigail- no like I feel like I really know you and I just can't quite put my finger on it. You see I was in an accident and I lost my memory but I've regained most of it back over time. We're we friends?
*harvey and Luna look at each other in shock*
Max- y-yeah we were friends, we were quite close friends actually
Abigail- is that why you were at my bedside when I woke up?
Max- yeah it was
Harvey- *nudges max to shut him up from telling her too much so that he doesn't scare her* so do you lovely ladies wanna go on a walk with us?
Abigail- I mean sure I feel like we have a lot to catch up on!
*a couple hours later*
Abigail- hey! Luna you and Harvey should totally be a thing!
Luna- *looks at Harvey and blushes* uhm I don't know
Harvey- yeah we're just friends
Max- oh please you guys are totally gonna be the friends that act like they're together but aren't together but want to be together and everyone knows and thinks they should get together and then end up getting together
Luna- woah that was a lot of together
Abigail- oh my gosh!
Max- what?!
Abigail- is this Max Mills being nice?!
Max- *blushes* yeah but don't take advantage of it! *he laughs*
Abigail- you're really a soft puppy dog under that hard exterior of yours Max Mills
*it eventually starts getting dark and they all head home*
