ANOTHER STORY // JONGTAE (ENG. VERS.)

Chapter I

The Lee family was one of the most powerful family in South Korea since they owned the Lee Consort company dedicated to the production and sale of wines, despite being good people, they kept friendships that did not deserve them; they had two children, the youngest was named Lee Taemin who was a sixteen-year-old guy, for now he had nothing to do with the family business but his brother Jinki did, since he was thirty years old, being the current vice president. The red-haired boy loved his family although he did not share certain things about the rich live, but he had a cousin named Kibum, who was two years younger than his brother, with whom his relationship was neither good nor bad since he always left him aside when he went to visit them, but he didn't treat him badly either, besides he loved to waste money.

One day there was a family event at the Lee's house, so his uncles and cousins ​​went with their couples, so he felt out of place because:

1. He was a brat who had nothing to do there and,

2. He had no a date even though his parents told him to take a friend.

He was about to go to his room when his cousin Kibum arrived and his parents told him to go say hi to him but when the older one arrived he introduced him to a short boy, with brown hair, with puppy eyes and a beautiful smile, telling him his name was Jonghyun, so when they shook hands, Taemin felt his heart race, getting a little flushed; Kibum caught everyone's attention to make an announcement so the youngest came out of his fantasy world when he heard him say that he was engaged to the brunette by making everyone come to congratulate them, but he did not like the news and went to his room saying that he felt a little bad. He did not understand why he was upset if he hardly knew that man, but he totally disliked that his dear cousin had said that, he did not understand although in time he would.

Kim Jonghyun was a twenty-nine-year-old man who lived alone since he got in the university since he always wanted his freedom, but two months ago he began to live with his now-fiancé Kibum; he met the youngest when he started working at the Lee family company, so over time they became friends and then they started dating only because he liked that guy but he never imagined that he would last three years with him, even so he wondered if he was in love or it was just a habit, and he didn't know where his head was when he asked him to marry him.

One day Kibum told him that they would go to his uncle's house, that is to say his boss, for a family reunion and that they would announce their engagement; Jonghyun only knew the eldest son of that family but he did know about the existence of the youngest son and he was always curious to meet that child although when his fiancé introduced them he was amazed with his beauty, he also felt a tickle when he touched his hand. After the youngest left, he said he was crazy for thinking about a boy like that, he felt sick for wanting to kiss him, that was not right but there was something in that boy that caught his attention a lot, maybe he was over analyzing  and concentrated only on his fiancé.

Every weekend his cousin went to his house to talk to his brother about the company since he was one of the managers; Taemin was a little annoyed because they always put him aside, although that was not entirely so since Jonghyun approached him when he saw him alone in the garden. Taemin was very nervous when the oldest talked to him since he was almost cutting when answering certain things but one day the older did not approach him, so he asked him if something was wrong so the brunette said that everything was fine but that he rather believed that the redhead did not like his company; the youngest told him that he was totally wrong since if he behaved that way it was because he was shy, so Jonghyun told him that then there was no  problem and that he could count on him in case he needed something.

The first time his fiancé took him to his uncles' house after announcing his engagement, he did not want to go as it did not seem right to be sharing with his family but when the youngest arrived they left him alone to talk to his cousin; he started walking around the house until he saw Taemin sitting in the garden playing with the grass, so he approached to sit next to him so the youngest blushed lowering his eyes making him smile tenderly but did not like that the redhead is so curt with him, which is why he thought he probably didn't like him or didn't want to be bothered. During the following times he went with his fiancé, he would come to talk to Taemin but it was always the same, so one day he decided not to do it by staying on the living room sofa, although he did not wait for the youngest to approach him; from that day on, the conversations were more enjoyable and Taemin told him a bit about his life, just as he did too. He felt so comfortable talking to the redhead although sometimes he wanted to touch him or kiss him on the cheek but he couldn't do that since he was just a child, even though he was beginning to feel things for him.

The friendship between the redhead with his cousin's fiancé continued very well over the months but his feelings surfaced, he also knew that it was not only a pleasure since he adored his company, his way of being, his physique, he was the perfect man in front of his eyes although unfortunately the brunette did not see him that way so he tried to get away a little. Jonghyun realized that Taemin avoided him when he went to his house or when he met him by chance in the mall since he only greeted him and left with an expression that he could not decipher, so he tried to talk to him that day that was the youngest's seventeenth birthday but unfortunately he had gone to the house of one of his friends because they had a surprise party for him. So Jonghyun decided to go home but before he had to buy certain things so that his fiancé would not yell at him for not carrying some food or if he would sleep on the sofa like a bad puppy.

When leaving the party, Taemin walked a little crestfallen towards his house since he wanted Jonghyun to greet him but he didn't even receive a message; he tried to enjoy the party but the oldest was all the time in his head, in addition to constantly checking his phone. He was a few blocks away from home but was stopped by a tall guy with dark hair who scared him a bit, so he backed away but the man was quick and pulled him into an alley where he knew no one would see or hear them; Taemin screamed and cried everytime, being beaten by that guy who told him to be quiet but the youngest never paid attention.

When he finished, he adjusted his pants to leave as if nothing had happened, leaving the little boy passed out with blows to the face and blood that was flowing from inside him; more than an hour passed when Taemin got up disoriented, until he remembered what happened so he cried again trying to get up to leave that place. Upon finding the exit, he walked in an unknown direction until he had to stop because his legs hurt, so he sat on the ground leaning against the wall hugging his legs and beginning to sob.
