[Adrien POV]

My eyes slowly fluttered open and I looked around. I could see the limo was on fire, Alya, Nino, Parker, and Tyler lying unconscious near me, and a man running away from the scene. I slowly stood and looked at the flaming limo.

My eyes widened as realization struck me. I raced to the limo and grabbed the door handle only to pull back. The limo was blazing hot.

I sucked in a breath and opened the car door. I hopped in and instantly saw three unconscious bodies.

I ran to Madison, unbuckled her, and carried her out of the limo. Tyler was there and took her from me.

I turned, but someone grabbed my hand. I looked behind me to see Parker with tears in her eyes.

"Hurry, Adrien," she whispered and let me go.

I nodded and raced back into the limo. I quickly grabbed Marinette and turned for the door.

"Adrien?" I looked down to see that Marinette was awake. I smiled down at her.

"Everything will be okay," I told her.

"Wait! Where's my lucky charm?" she asked, a panicked look in her eyes.

"That doesn't matter right now," I told her and continued towards the limo door.

"NO!! I need my lucky charm!! It's precious to me!!" Marinette exclaimed with tears in her eyes. I sighed.

"I'll look for it when I come back, okay?" I suggested. Marinette nodded silently and I hopped out of the limo. Nino took her from me and I raced back into the limo for the third time.

I took a step and stepped on something. I grabbed it and it was the lucky charm that I gave Marinette. I put it around my wrist and started towards the driver.

I was about to grab her when a cry rang in my ears. I looked in the woman's lap to see a baby crying from the heat. An impulse told me to grab the baby, but my head told me to try and get both of them. I listened to the impulse and brought out the baby.

BOOM!!

I turned back to see that the limo had exploded, with that woman with it.

"NOOOOOOOOOO!!" I turned back to see Parker sobbing on her knees.

Madison's eyes slowly fluttered open to see the crazy scene in front of her. She turned to Parker.

"Where's... Where's Brenna?" she asked, concern filled her eyes. Marinette looked Madison in the eyes.

"She's-" Marinette's voice caught. "She's gone..."

Madison's eyes widened in fear and shock.

"No... No, no, NO-NO-NO-NO-NO-NO-NO!!" Madison shouted as she tried and failed to stand. Madison sobbed as she kept repeating the word 'no.'

I walked up to Madison and Parker and knelt in front of them.

"This was Brenna's baby," I told them. They stared in shock at it.

Madison shakily took the baby in her arms and it almost instantly calmed. Madison and Parker sobbed, hugging the baby gently.

"Thank you..." Madison managed to say.

I nodded and walked to Marinette. She was crying, hugging herself.

I sat beside her and held out her lucky charm to her. She stared at it in shock.

She wrapped it around her wrist and tackled me in a hug. I hugged her back as we all heard sirens and cars.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!! BRENNA!!!! I LOVED YOU!!! YOUR BABY WON'T EVEN REMEMBER YOU!!!! I'M A MONSTER!!!! *crys eyeballs out* Have a great day, my little kittens!!
