Alexis was heading to her first class when she saw the kid that talked to her in the morning heading down to the office where police where wating for someone but, she didn't want to interfear with what he was doing so she kept her head low and kept walking. When she got to her class everyone was just getting there so she didn't look late. Alexis alway hated her first cass it was Science she never got a good partner she was always stuck with the annoying kids. But today felt like it was going to be different.
"Ok class lets get to making our own chocolate candies!" said Mr.Barry
"Ugh" Alexis wispered to herself
"Ok today alexis you will be with Adira" the teacher said after naming alexis partner he said the rest of the kids partners for the class.
Alexis liked adira she was a good kid she alway liked helping others when they are in need. Today she was feeling like today was the day she would get a friend but then she didn't. She thought that something in that kid that talked to her this morning was differnent that other kids he wasnt creeped out by how she just says whats on her mind. She thought that she should have said more but their was no time to say anything else.
"Hey you ready to get working?!?!\ Alexis heard adira say
"Oh yea, so what do like to do?" Alexis asked trying to get on adiras good side to maybe become friends with her
"I like to play video games and read books what do you like?!" Adira said with excitment in her voice as she started to get the project done
"I like to take walks and read also" Aexis replied
"OK class now follow the instructions on the board and then if you get done beffore the bell you can hang out" Mr. Barry said
"Ok lets get to work then alexis maybe we can sit together at lunch" Adira said
The two girls work hard together on the science project and when they finished there was about 10-15 minuets left of class that they used to get to know eachother even better.

at lunch alexis sat with adira and by the time lunch was over they both liked eachother enough to be friends.
"So sdo you like to read books about cats of myithicall creatures?" Alexis asked
" I like to rea books about mythical creatures, have you heard the one about the dragon who was in love with a person?!!" Adira asked with excitment in every word
" I have had you heard the one about the black knight?" Alexis asked
" No I havent whats it about, just a brife summary it soounds good ill have to look int he library later" Adira replied
"its about a boy who has "powers" and the goverment is hunting him down, its reslly good!" Alexis replied
"Ohh that sounds cool!" replied adira
The bell rings for their next class and they both head off in different directions,. Alexis couldnt stop thinking about the black knight story and the kid that talked to her this morning, something clicked between him and the story. after school got done alexis went home and looked for the book and what she found surprised her. The main characters name was Jacob and the description sounded the same as the jacob from school! Alexis thought she was imagining this but she wasnt it was all true he must be... The Black Knight!
