The next day, school finally resumed. Beomgyu went home the night before school, and so did Soobin.
"Someone looks jolly," Soobin chuckles as he sits down an island stool whilst staring at his older brother who was practically dancing when cooking.
Yeonjun chuckles as well as he flips the pancake, "I'm happy, that's all."
"Why? Did something happen here when I wasn't around?" The younger one questions, a brow raising right after.
Another chuckle was heard from the older, "Yeah. Something did happen."
Soobin's eyes automatically widens, "What? Don't tell me you guys—"
The older sets down the plate of pancakes on the counter and sits next to Soobin, "Yah! Clean your dirty mind. He just suddenly confessed to me in the rain, then poof! We found out we liked each other."
After taking a bite of the pancake, Soobin speaks, "Beomgyu really makes you happy, doesn't he?"
Yeonjun enthusiastically nods, "Of course! Aside from you, Gyu is also one of the person who makes me so happy!"
They both smiled and continued eating in peace, after a good ten minutes, they finally finished eating and are now outside of their house, "Soobie, can we... uh... take the bus today?" Asked Yeonjun who was currently scratching the back of his ear that was obviously burning red.
Soobin arcs a brow before turning to look at his brother with his black helmet resting on his hips, "Why?"
Awkwardly, Yeonjun purses his lips to stop himself from smiling any wider, "Well you see... Gyu takes the bus to school and..."
Without even letting the older explain any further, Soobin halts him, "Stop right there, Mister. I get it, let's go."
It was a cold and comforting morning ; the two walks their way down the pavement, and Yeonjun immediately saw the little one who was sitting by the bus stop—his full focused on his phone.
"GYUIE!" Yeonjun runs towards Beomgyu earning a surprised expression from the younger one. They gave each other a warm embrace with a wide smile plastered on their pink lips.
"Jjuni, good morning!" The little one laughs as the older cupped his oh-so-squishy-cheeks.
Yeonjun pouts, "Why aren't you wearing a jacket? It's so cold!" He says and hugs the little one once again.
Beomgyu shakes his head, "It's fine~"
"Nope, it isn't!" Yeonjun breaks away from the hug and lands his hands on his hips with a frown, "I can't have my baby walking around in a cold morning without a jacket!" He raises his arms in panic to add up to his dramatic remark.
"B-but, I'm fine—"
Before Beomgyu could even finish his sentence, Yeonjun already slides his white hoodie off and grabbed Beomgyu's bag—placing it on the bench.
Yeonjun gently wears the hoodie on Beomgyu, he smiles when he saw the little one's head pop out of the clothing with a pout, "I told you I'm fine. Now, you're gonna feel cold."
Yeonjun pinches his cheeks, "Nah. Your hugs can keep old Jjuni warm."
Beomgyu giggles and held onto the older's warm hands, "Really? Really?"
"Oh yes yes, of course!"
Meanwhile, Soobin stood there, with a very questionable look on his face.
