Yoongi loved flowers. They were delicate and had beautiful meanings. Take the carnation for instance. The fluffy flower had somewhat deep meanings to it: white meaning sweet and lovely, pink meant I will never forget you. yellow meant disdain and two toned ones meant I cannot be with you. Yoongi hoped to receive a flower one day with a meaning similar to a carnation.
Yoongi was pulled from his thoughts when he heard his pup Holly bark. Yoongi softly smiled, crouching down and petting him;adjusting his little soft pink collar. "Hey buddy, wanna help daddy get the salvias from the back?" He asked, standing up and walking to the back, the pup yapping as he followed. Yoongi picked up at small cart of the Salvias, walking back to the front with Holly and placing them down. Yoongi began placing them in a holder, adjusting the sign that told the name and flower meaning. After a few minutes Yoongi grabbed a water pale and began watering a small rose bush he had been sent. As Yoongi set the watering pale down he heard the soft jingle of a bell and Holly barking. As Yoongi turned around he heard a soft giggle. "Hey there bud." A honey like voice said. It was from a man who was leaning down and petting the small brown-curly haired dog.
"Hello! Welcome to Min's Flower Shop!" Yoongi said, the man looking up and standing. "Hello, I was wondering if you had any lilacs... Uh..." The man looked for Yoongi's nametag. "Yoongi. Sorry I don't have it on." Yoongi apologized. "It's fine! I'm Jimin." The man- Jimin, said. Yoongi nodded. "How much lilacs?" Yoongi asked, grabbing one of the bags to hold the flowers in. "Hm... Seven." Jimin said, Yoongi nodding. "I just got them so they're in the back. Wait here." Yoongi said, walking to the back. He got the flowers, carefully placing them in the bag, walking out after a minute or two. "So... That'll be $20.00, is that all?" Yoongi asked, Jimin thinking as he eyed the flowers. "No, can you recommend me any flowers?" Jimin asked, nibbling on his bottom lip, nervous. He didn't want to bother Yoongi.
"Sure. I just got a few pretty ones last week that are still fresh." Said Yoongi, leading Jimin to a stand, different colorful flowers lined up in pots and holders. "If you want the meaning they're one the signs attatched to the flowers." Yoongi said, Jimin nodded. "Thank you!" Jimin said, eyes scanning over a few flowers, landing on a holder full of yellow, white, pink, purple and orange flowers.
"I'll have four white and four pink ch- charathmus? " Jimin stuttered out, cheeks lightly dusting in pink from embarrassment. 'Stupid lisp, I know it's light and soft but I can't pronounce a stupid word.' Jimin thought, eyes moving to Yoongi when je heard him chuckle. "Don't beat yourself up, I can't pronounce it either." Yoongi said, adding the flowers in. "Like this? I can rearrange them." Yoongi said, Jimin shaking his head. "No, it's perfect!" Jimin said, following Yoongi up to tje register. "Do you want a how wrapped around the boquet? Don't worry they're free if you pay more than fourty dollars for a bouquet. " Yoongi said, taking Jimin card when he handed it over. "I'll take the red bow." Jimin said, Yoongi nodding and tied the how around, making a perfect bow;making sure the .'Min's Flower Shop' written in gold was up and facing the front. After a few seconds he finished and handed the boquet to Jimin. "Have a good day Jimin." Yoongi said, Jimin nodding and gathering the twenty dollars in cash he had and placing it in the too jar. "Wait you don't ha-" "Bye bye! I'll be back soon bye puppy! Have a good day too Yoongi!" Jimin said, smiling as he quickly left, the bell jingling.
Yoongi leaned back and sighed, softly smiling, from his flower choice Yoongi could tell Jimin was going on a date. He hoped it went well, though. He kinda wished Jimin would have stayed a bit longer.
