I woke up at around 10:00 the next morning and my head was slightly pounding due to the bottle of wine i had consumed last night do i regret it well considering i still have boxes on boxes to unpack, and much needed food shop to do as i am starving. And to top it all off I've  got to do some work on planning this event. Well yes but oh well some tablets and a shower will sort me right out. After a quick shower i'm running around the apartment in my towel looking for my box with my winter clothes in well to be honest theirs more than one of them but a girl can never have too many clothes right! I have already found the 2 boxes filled with dresses for events and more summer/spring clothes but if you think i'm walking out this house in a skirt and t-shirt then you have another thing coming. I finally found my clothes and dug out the first pair of jeans and jumper i could find and start putting away that box of clothes thankfully i left the hangers on or we would literally be here all day.

My stomach starts growling at me so i decide to get the dreaded food shop done so i grab my bag, my reusable bags and trainers from one of the boxes and head out almost forgetting my keys on the way that would have been a disaster. i google maps the closest decent size supermarket and drive there stopping off at a Mc Donald to grab a coffee and a breakfast wrap.

After 45 minuets of wondering round the supermarket picking up the cupboard staples i need and a few other bits i could have done without but ya girl loves crisps and chocolate so don't judge me! I pay and go drop my bags back into the car and decide to have a quick look  the furniture shop next door. After a quick browse through the shop i find this gorgeous white dressing table as i am looking at a sales assistant who i learn her name is Beth greats me and she shows me a few other pieces she thinks i would like around the store i tell her i have just moved so literally have the bare minimum of furniture that's when she shows me this gorgeous muted grey corner sofa and i'm all about style and all that but it must be comfortable because i spend half my life on the sofa or on my bed.

Well i can tell you the sofa was bloody comfortable and i decide to get it thankfully it comes in pieces or it wouldn't be able to fit into the lift or  my apartment door! I decide to get the sofa and the dressing table i pay whilst chatting to Beth we get on really well and she gives me her number as we decide to go to get coffee once she has finished her shift in a few hours. She even gives me a staff discount which decreases the price dramatically but shhhhhh i don't think i'm meant to tell . She tells me that my furniture will be delivered next weekend to my apartment and that it would cost an extra £75 to build it for me i look at her in slight shock i have already spent and arm and a leg to day so i decide i can do it myself worst comes to worst i can ask my dad to come and help me how difficult can it be right.

I jump back in the car kind of in shock how i have spent around £800 in the last hour geez i should have done an online food delivery! I unload the shopping not going to lie it took me two trips in the lift to get all the food to my apartment but i did have to buy all the basic necessity on top of the normal food shop i would do back at my old apartment. i made myself a quick sandwich before moving some of the furniture i brought from my old apartment into its new home. The sofa in my old apartment came with the apartment so i decided to leave it and treat myself but most of the other furniture came with me otherwise i would be broke as fuck right now!
I unpack a dozen or so boxes after i put on some one direction music like what a classic what i would do to go and see them in concert right now! Its coming to around 4:30 in the afternoon when my phone rings with Beth's name lighting my phone up i answer quickly and we decide to go out for dinner at 7 pm so that she can go home and get ready and i can finally finish the last box its mainly full of knickknacks and other decor pieces. After i have run around my apartment placing things in the correct places its really starting to feel like home it seems a bit crazy with the sheer amount of stuff i brought with me for 2/3 ish months but i wanted this place to feel like my own and i don't trust leaving all my stuff in storage when i can have it to hand at home!
