The mess of her dark curls would bounce across a pair of scared, shy eyes and help her shield herself from the uncertainty that was once the Wizarding world's education. Only a pair of identical strangers, seemingly kind and optimistic, could grant her serenity for the bumpy train ride, offering scattered laughs and even shiny, colourful candy.

When Jay had accepted it, she had no idea of what would come next, giving the two fiery-haired twins the benefit of the doubt; after all, what harm could two kids her age do by offering their hospitality for a world that seems to be more familiar to them?

Yet, the seemingly innocent sharing of candy swiftly morphs into a prank war that lasts the entirety of the Weasleys' and Jay's years of education, their famous rivalry withstanding between the walls of grand Hogwarts with expertise and years of perfected jokes.

And, when Jay Fauns sets foot onto the Hogwarts express for her fifth year, the pair of calculating chocolate eyes has diminished in shyness and is instead blazing with a newfound determination to keep herself out from the Weasley twins' wrath.
