Chapter Twenty-One

"Alright guys. Me and the gang are going to hike this mountain, but not any mountain. This mountain will supply how we live for the next three days. Once we hit the top we are on our own, tenting out and surviving the weather that hits us. Each person is equipped with a camera and a go pro, to make sure you guys get the best cinematic view. So here we go." Jimmy says into the camera.

He lowers his the camera, turning to us. There was a small smile on his lips. I know he is really excited for this video, only because it is going to be a really long video. Something he has never really done before. Plus it is a vacation for us. No social media and no drama. Just a vacation with friends and good times.

"We ready?" Chris asks. "I know I am! I really want to see the view with the sunset"

"I am." I say. "Sunset up there is going to be so pretty."

"Same here." Karl agrees.

"Well onward!" Chris says, taking the lead.

We follow the brown haired male, letting him take the lead for a bit. I fall back, walking next to Karl. Now he seems like a nice guy, but I really have't been around him for a while. So this would be a nice time to actually meet him and have a nice conversation. I feel like he was thinking the same thing, only because he fell back after I did too.

The path was kind of slim, so our hands would occasionally tough each others. I don't think it bothered him because he did gain in pace or fall behind me.

"I know you probably already know my name, but Hello I am Karl." The male finally speaks up.

"Hi Karl, nice to formally meet you. I am (y/n)." I say.

"It was weird, like I know you are pretty popular now in the MrBeast fan world. Everyone loves you on the channel. You know how fans are, they start to ship you with another member of the channel. Seeing some of us together made me confused, only because we never really met each other."

"I do know how you feel, I just haven't seen any with you. No offence."

"None taken."

"Karl, are you annoying the poor lady?" Chris asks.

"No."

"Nope, he is all good." I tell Chris who found himself in front of Karl and I.

"Hey I heard Jimmy is tenting up with you. I hope you are comfortable with that since you are a girl ya know."

"Hmm? Chandler asked me earlier. Oh well, Jimmy is the boss. But yeah its fine. I am okay with that."

"Alright, just making sure you are comfortable."

"Thank you Karl, that means a lot to me actually."

"What are friends for."

"Exactly."
