~Piper's P.O.V.~

The next day I'm released. I take Avery and me and Austin leave. He stayed the entire night with me in the hospital which is pretty nice since the food and beds aren't the good.

"Ready to go?" Austin asks. I nod.

"You have no idea." I say. He laughs and wraps his arm around my shoulders as I carry Avery out to the car. It's pretty close so we get there before the paps see us. I fasten Avery in her car seat and we go to Austin's house.

"When do you want that interview?" Austin asks.

"I don't know. 12:30 to 1:15 will work on Wednesday." I shrug. I look at my calender and realize it's January 1, 2017.

"Did you know it's the first day of 2017?" Austin asks.

"Yeah. I just saw that." I tell him.

"So Avery was born on January 1, 2017." Austin smiles. I look over at Avery who's fast asleep.

"Yup. I'm gonna sleep while I can." I tell him. Austin nods and calls the news station.

When I wake up, Austin is walking around with a crying Avery. I get up, warm a bottle of milk up, and take Avery. I lay her in my arms and feed her the bottle. She instantly stops crying and soon looks around. She seems like a happy baby. Unless she's hungry or poopy.

"I made you an interview at 12:30 to 1:00 on Wednesday at ABC News." Austin tells me.

"Come with?" I ask. He nods. The doors opens and Olivia, Sarah, and Peyton run in.

"Hey Avery! Oh, hi Piper." Olivia says. I roll my eyes and hand Avery to Olivia.

"When do we go back to set?" Sarah asks.

"Jim called and says tomorrow." Austin said.

"Good. I missed filming." I say. the others all agree and we decide to scroll through the Twitter. Mine mostly has hate because the news found out about Avery.

"What's wrong, Pipes?" Sarah asks.

"How come I have so much hate?" I ask.

"Because the news made up some twisted story about how you got pregnant and that Avery was a mistake. They made you look like a slut." Olivia says.

"This is why I wanted that interview." I tell them. I post something to Twitter to try and clear things up. 'Hey guys, Tune into @ABC tomorrow at 12:30 to find out the true story of how Avery came to be.' I write.

"We should make a new hashtag to trend." Olivia suggests. Soon I recieve a Twitter alert that says Olivia just posted, 'Lay off of @pipercurda and Avery. #averycurdarocks #staystrongpipes'

"Aw! Thanks, Livy!" I smile and hug her.

"You're welcome. Nobody is making fun of my best friend and my god-daughter." Olivia says.

"God-daughter? Who made you the god-mother?" I laugh.

"I did." Olivia smiles. I laugh and we just entertain ourselves for a while.
