Firefly(the three dragonets of Glorybringer)

The Three Eggs

Note:hey guys this is my first story i'm writing.so i hope it's good! enjoy!

 Queen Glory sighed and looked down the three eggs, her three eggs. Soon she will be a mother and her husband,King Deathbringer, would be a father.

"So,ready to be a father?"Glory asked Deathbringer.

"I...am not quite sure"he admitted"but I bet our dragnets will be beautiful just like you".

"if they are female"she said.They enter twined tails and watched.Then they heard a crack.

"Deathbringer!"Glory said, shaking her husband.

"What?"he moaned.

"Deathbringer,one of the eggs is hatching!"she said.

He lifted his head up and his ears twitched."Which one?"

"The purplish yellow one with the silver stars!"Glory yelled"don't you remember?we were told that it would hatch now!!!".

Then they heard more cracks. They turned their heads and foucesd their eyes on the egg that was hatching.Glory lifted it up and then the egg splintered into thousands of pieces. And sitting in Glory's talons, yawning,was a tiny dragonet.

"She...that...she's"Deathbringer stammered"our...our dragonet".

"and she's beautiful"Glory breathed.

The dragonet yawned and looked around. She was a dark purple and had even darker purple spots on both sides of her body surrounded  by small yellow spots,her wings and ruff were a midnight black covered with silver stars just like her body it was covered with silver stars as well, her eyes were a dim emerald green and there were silver scales by both of her eyes-wait, silver scales. 

"Silver scales mean...."Deathbringer started" she can read minds and foretell the future right?".

"Well we did put all the eggs under the three moons so they could protect themselves"Glory said"so yes".

"huh"he said"we better get those sky fire stones if we want to keep our thoughts to ourselves".

"lets not worry about that now"she said turning her head to their daughter"lets think about names for our dragonet".

"OK"her husband said"hmm...maybe...".

"Galaxy?"Glory suggested"Twilight?Emerald?".

"nah"Deathbringer disagreed"maybe...Nightfall?Comet?".

The dragonet looked around the hatchery then at her parents,looking confused.

"oooh"Glory piped up"Dragonfly-".

Just as she said that a firefly flew past and Glory now knew what she wanted to call their daughter. And by the looks of Deathbringer he knew too.

"Firefly"they both said said in unison.

"perfect"Glory said holding their dragonet high"Firefly is the perfect name".

"yes it-"Deathbringer stopped himself, looking at Firefly.

"Deathbringer, what's wrong? Glory asked.

"uhh...Glory...i-i.....i think Firefly is an animus"Deathbringer stammered.

"WHAT?!"Glory shouted but didn't move, not with Firefly in her talons"how?we've been careful, very careful"

"mommy and daddy"Firefly said suddenly, breaking the conversation.

"awwww"Glory put her wings around Firefly then Deathbringer put his wings around Glory.

A few hours later...
